Seen a…read morenew girl behind the counter, shorter (haven't seen her before, maybe 23/25yrs old w/brown hair) Many times I had a pump say "See Store Associate for Receipt" , so I always walked in, turned to the cashier's counter and patiently waited for their attention, they always were very courteous and asked what I needed, told them the pump # was out of paper and after they finished their present customer, they would print it out for me, today I was asked by an lady giving out food samples, told her what happened and she informed the young girl, Not Giving Us Much Attention, said he must get in line.......... but I can't waste time in the store, I'm hired to fuel up, grab receipt and go.... MOST Other stores I been to Always had the 1st register open and would take fuel customers as they walked in the door (I thought this was a normal thing) in and out, happy customer and store owner (Normally ) I wasn't going to stand behind 3 or 4 other customers holding multiple grocery items when I only needed a receipt then be on my way, it happens alot, I thought in the past the store owner did this on purpose to get the customers to walk-in and persuade them to buy something since they had to go in anyway for the receipt, oh and the LOOK on her Face when the lady (samples) informed her I needed a receipt, Spoken back as if I wasn't even there.... They hold a near monopoly in the area, yet their subscription system crashes frequently and causes repeated service interruptions. The larger concern is the lack of accountability at the local management level. In my experience, issues occurring behind the scenes are not acknowledged or addressed, which leaves customers without clear answers or support. In contrast, Irene in customer service has been consistently helpful, professional, and solution focused. For the long term health of the customer experience, leadership may want to consider aligning management with the level of service Irene provides.

The food is fairly cheap, and doesn't taste as nasty as fast food. I'm addicted to the rib and chicken sandwich. I'm usually to try any of the sandwiches if it's the special of the day. I also like eating the cold sandwiches and wraps. Yeah they're a little pricer, but they taste way more fresh than similar sandwiches at gas stations. Along with a sandwich, I get a fruit cup (watermelon, cantaloupe, or grapes usually), and a bottle of Kwikade is always refreshing (their own brand of Gatorade). The service is consistent with good communication. If a line builds up, they're fast at getting someone on another register. If you're looking for something or want something specific from the kitchen, they will make it for you. Now they have a Kwik Trip rewards program and I use it all the time! If you use it 15 times you get a free item to choose out of about six options. I go with a free chicken sandwich or burger. I always like it when I leave they say, "see you next time" because guess what it's true.

The service area is clean and has plenty of supplies like squeegees, paper towels and hand cleaner. There is a big car wash on the lot and you can purchase a wash when you're buying gas. I didn't go into the store but it was large and from what I saw through the windows was fully stocked and supplied with whatever you need. From soda to beef jerky, you're pretty much set. This is a "shell" of a place to get gas!
