The service area is clean and has plenty of supplies like squeegees, paper towels and hand cleaner. There is a big car wash on the lot and you can purchase a wash when you're buying gas. I didn't go into the store but it was large and from what I saw through the windows was fully stocked and supplied with whatever you need. From soda to beef jerky, you're pretty much set. This is a "shell" of a place to get gas!

The food is fairly cheap, and doesn't taste as nasty as fast food. I'm addicted to the rib and chicken sandwich. I'm usually to try any of the sandwiches if it's the special of the day. I also like eating the cold sandwiches and wraps. Yeah they're a little pricer, but they taste way more fresh than similar sandwiches at gas stations. Along with a sandwich, I get a fruit cup (watermelon, cantaloupe, or grapes usually), and a bottle of Kwikade is always refreshing (their own brand of Gatorade). The service is consistent with good communication. If a line builds up, they're fast at getting someone on another register. If you're looking for something or want something specific from the kitchen, they will make it for you. Now they have a Kwik Trip rewards program and I use it all the time! If you use it 15 times you get a free item to choose out of about six options. I go with a free chicken sandwich or burger. I always like it when I leave they say, "see you next time" because guess what it's true.

I strongly detest waiting in long lines at gas stations, especially when they only have one or two employees total. The store is kept up well and I always see staff actually working while at work. So he quickly ran around the corner to the local BP gas station. He put the items up on the counter. She rang everything up and he gave her a BP gift card as a payment. However, she did not know how to use a gift card as payment. my husband was trying to explain to her how to get the register to accept the gift card as a form of payment. Because he used to work at very gas station several years ago, as well as another BP in Door County. She refused the instruction and then told him he had to use a different form of payment. He said I want to use this gift card. She said it doesn't work so you must pay with something else. He's like I'm trying to explain to you how to get the register to take a gift card as a payment method. She told him to get out of the store or she was calling the Police! Because she wasn't taking a gift card for payment!!! my husband told her he has a criminal justice degree so why would she be calling the police? He's not stealing anything he's trying to use a payment method that she doesn't understand how to get it to work on the register. She again told him to get out of the store.
