The clerk in the convenience (which is open) store told me gas was "returning soon," but I'd take that with a boulder-sized grain of salt; major structural and safety work would need to be done to get the pumps functional again--the entire roof structure was heavily damaged by the fire. If you need a restroom or a beverage, all good. But don't expect to fill up your car's gas tank anytime in the near future.

The 2 for 1 deals in Kenosha are a load of garbage. Red Rocket has the best deals in price and extra product for buying "X" amount of product and give great recommendations if you have questions or are looking for something specifc. If you're driving up at night after hours, they will also bag up some stuff for you and set it in the gas station, if you call them prior and let them know what you're looking for. GCS has stores sprinkled all throughout the Green Bay area, and this location on University is the closest to my home. What sets this place apart from other gas stations is threefold. 1. It is locally owned. It is not just a Shell station, but a family-run company that's been in the area for a long time. 2. GCS hires a kind staff who answer questions and greet you with a smile -- a rare thing sometimes at gas stations. 3. The amenities - free air, free vaccuum, a great touchless car wash, full convenience store, as well as an A&W restaurant. It's weird to say 'I love this gas station,' but trust me, this place is doing everything right.

Employees can't be themselves anymore and wear hats even if they want to outside of kitchen. Employees don't stick around and my guess is that the reason is her. She spends all day watching cameras and listening to the microphones to see what she can hem people up on. Place is a miserable one to go to. She is constantly looking to get people for stealing and yeah that's great but you can have some compassion too. When you give feedback that would improve the place it is totally ignored.
