I mentioned that I'm looking for something that's good quality but still reasonably priced. The response I got was that those two things don't exist together. That struck me as a really strange thing to say to a potential customer. Wanting fair pricing and good quality isn't unrealistic, it's pretty normal. Despite that comment, we still made plans for them to come out and take a look at the project. The appointment time came and went and the guy was late. While waiting, I decided to check Yelp just to validate whether these guys were worth waiting around for. After reading the reviews here, it pretty much confirmed the concerns I already had from that first interaction. Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to do their research before working with them. There are plenty of landscaping companies out there, and first impressions and professionalism matter.

He dug up a drain pipe and then poured concrete over it without fixing it. It is not my primary house so I wasn't around when the work was done but noticed there was some broken pipe laying in the yard when they were done. I asked him about it and he lied and said he didn't dig anything up. Then when I tested the drain water was leaking between the new slab and the house. He also damaged the house in that same spot. He refuses to do anything to repair the damages. DO NOT USE DISHONEST

They completely transformed our backyard and side yard into a beautiful, functional outdoor living space that exceeded our expectations. They built an amazing outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in griddle BBQ, two countertop fire pits, a custom TV wall with LED lighting, and a gorgeous Alumawood patio cover that ties everything together perfectly. They also trenched our existing gas line from the house, completed all of the necessary connections, and installed a new gate with outstanding craftsmanship. On the other side of our home, they created a custom dog run with beautiful iron gates, artificial turf, and a stacked stone retaining wall that looks absolutely incredible while being extremely functional. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They communicated throughout the project, kept the job site clean, and made sure every detail was completed to the highest standard. Their quality of work, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. If you're looking for a company that truly takes pride in their work and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Daniel's Affordable Landscaping. We receive compliments from everyone who visits our home, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Thank you for making our vision a reality!

WARNING: Poor quality and ongoing issues:…read more We hired this company in November for a full landscape project that included a waterfall feature, pond, irrigation, hardscape, uplights/lighting, 40 trees and 40 misc plants. MORE THAN SEVEN MONTHS LATER the work is still not complete and the issues continue. The waterfall has leaked from the beginning, the pond still loses water, and the irrigation system is unreliable. Multiple trees, shrubs, and plants are dying, including dozens of recently installed evergreens that are not growing as promised. Continuous hand watering and constant upkeep required to try and save the yard because of the issues left unresolved or quality of the initial installs. Many of these plants do not appear well-suited for the climate. Even with a mild winter, they required tying for support, and many are now sagging, leaning, or failing to establish. This reflects a lack of understanding about what actually works in this environment. Irrigation pipes have leaked underground for months, contributing to irrigation failures and extremely high water bills. Despite our repeated efforts to get this resolved, the problems persist. The third pipe busted today. There are concerns of what we can't see with water underneath the house. The project was not delivered as it was sold to us, leaving us with sacrifices, unexpected expenses, and constant disruption. We have given up much of our winter, spring, and now the start of summer just trying to fix, babysit, or mitigate further damage to the property. One major issue was a mudslide caused by their failure to remove excess dirt after digging out the pond. The mud filled the waterfall and basin, requiring a major cleanup that we had to handle ourselves before they eventually came to clear it. To date, there is still an issue with mud leeching into the waterfall when irrigating. Our concerns and suggestions were repeatedly ignored until the exact problems we warned about happened. Communication has been difficult due to language barriers, and we have experienced evasive or misleading behavior from both sales and ownership. Several requests to speak with the owners have never been acknowledged. There is a clear lack of expertise in water feature design, irrigation planning, plant selection, and working with the local environment. Pricing is extremely high for the quality delivered. Most disappointing of all, we had planned a wedding on the property and had to cancel the entire event because the landscape was not finished (could not be completed with the problems or not presentable. Despite every effort to work with them in good faith, we are still without resolution and continue to uncover new problems. WE CANNOT USE ANY OF THE FEATURES INSTALLED AS OF THIS DATE (ongoing and will be updated) Note: Photos included are limited and do not show the full scope of the project or all issues encountered. Many images have been withheld to protect the privacy of those involved or neighbors.

However, when I first met Mr. Lee and started discussing the project, I just knew that he was the one to hire due to his confidence and expertise in his field. I felt a strong sense that he wasn't out to get me, but rather to honestly help me and rebuild the wall with budget in mind. I chose Lee's over two other previous bids, and I am very glad I did. On day one of the demolition phase, foreman Augustine and his awesome crew just blew my mind at how efficient, precise and hard working they were. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed and felt at ease, knowing that I was definitely in good hands. Within a week, I had a beautiful brand new retaining wall built better than ever. Equally impressive was Joyce at the office making sure I was never left hanging with questions or concerns. All my queries were handled in a timely manner. For anyone looking for concrete/brick contractor, I highly recommend Lee's Concrete.

This was my very first time hiring anybody to do any sort of landscaping work. I was ignorant going…read moreinto it so I had to lean heavily into the landscapers expertise on what would be best for what I wanted to achieve. After getting a few quotes, I chose Lee's Concrete because he impressed me the most with the ideas he presented, not being pushy or sales-y, while also staying competitive price wise. He is also officially licensed for concrete. The project started around May 2025, and completed towards the end of July 2025. It consisted of concrete pouring, artificial turf installation, irrigation routing and laying out gravel/river rocks in planting areas. Also, a 2D layout diagram was provided for me to submit to HOA for approval. Below is a list of critiques ranked starting with my biggest letdowns: #1) WEEDS. Not via the concrete, but the artificial turf that was laid out. Lee offered artificial turf installs during my contractor search. My main reason for getting artificial turf was to have little-to-no maintenance. But, mines constantly has weeds growing out of the edges due the gap in the ends not being sealed. My next door neighbor had artificial turf installed by another landscaper and never has any weeds growing out of the edges ever. They had theirs installed after mine. Maybe it was my fault for not communicating that need initially. But at the same time, I thought having artificial turf laid out and it preventing weed growth on the edges would be a given. #2) Blotchy concrete coloring on front yard. My backyard's concrete coloring was pretty consistent and I was very happy with how it turned out. But my front yard was very blotchy and inconsistent. I was told that this is normal and will take about a year to cure and to give it time. Another reason was for differing "pH levels" for the area where the concrete was laid. Well... a year has passed and it has kind of improved here and there, but not so much in other parts. So, I'm a little hesitant to believe it that is actually the reason. It doesn't make sense to me that all the concrete laid out in my entire neighborhood doesn't look as bad as how it looks on my driveway. Structurally, it's fine. But it is a bit of an eye-sore looking at it every time I'm in my front yard. #3) I felt like I spent more time than I needed to checking for imperfections. A main one was my vinyl fence and cinder block wall getting dirty from the concrete pours. Another big one was the cinder block retaining wall in my backyard not being symmetrical on the edges. I had to call it out a few times to even get it fixed. Once it was finally fixed, my vinyl fence had residue from the cinderblock wall fix. By that time, I had gotten fatigue from having to constantly call out imperfections and let that one go. #4) You don't really know when the landscapers will come out to do the work. If I remember correctly, they would come out most weekdays. But, you wouldn't know if they would show up the next day or not. Not too big of a deal honestly. I'm more picky about this because I like to keep the side gate to my backyard locked and not knowing when to unlock it in the morning was just a tiny annoyance. I ended up just unlocking it first thing in the morning and locking it in the evening every weekday. Overall, I'd rate the project a 3 or 3.5 out of 5 - which I think is a very fair assessment. I'm relatively happy how it looks at the end. But there were a few bumps along the way which is why I cannot give a 5 out of 5. It pains me to write the above critiques and not be able to give the highest rating because Lee and the rest of his team were all very nice people. But there definitely could've have been improvements for the entire project.
