They said it's likely valve seals and they don't do engine tear downs and would have to replace the whole engine assembly and would cost 3k-7.5k. We picked up the car to take to another shop and didn't make it half a mile before my son pulls over. The engine light was on and it had no power (we didn't drop it off in this shape). We called and were told they only pulled spark plugs to diagnose (for nearly 200 when we already told them the problem) and said it was coincidence. The new shop said they cracked a spark plugs when they put it back in. This is the 2nd time I've had issues and wouldn't recommend for so much as an oil change.

I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best.
