Not on Sundays at 7 eleven! The past 3 Sundays I've gone in for cigarettes and had to wait 15 to 20…read moreminutes. The lady behind the counter doesn't seem to know what she's doing whether it's door dash or the lottery or whatever. Today and the Sunday before last I watched customers walk out because of the wait. Last Sunday, the guy that was there was in tears because he was so overwhelmed. I felt really bad for him. Seems to me if you're going to put people in by themselves, they should have proper training or another employee to help. I've watched 15 or so customers leave without a purchase. Something is definitely wrong and upper management/owner needs to work on it. Don't blame the hard workers on the floor for your tight ass, greedy, selfish, penny pinching, skinflint pathetic existence! Do something to help promote your business and employees!
