I barely had time for the free SNACKS!! I last bought tires there 2 years ago. The new tires were $20 more each- but I wasn't shocked! Still a great deal, and here I am home already at 9:25!!!!

By 10:55, they had not even started working on it. When I checked again around 11:25, I was told it would take another 45 minutes. At approximately 12:05, I went to ask for an update and noticed my car sitting in the parking lot. The employees at the front did not even seem to know that the technician had moved it there or what the actual status was. I understand that Saturdays can be busy, but that is precisely why customers make appointments. Waiting more than two hours for a scheduled tire installation--with no proactive update, no reliable estimate, and obvious confusion about the location and status of my vehicle--is unacceptable. If they were running behind, the courteous and professional thing would have been to tell me when I arrived. This was not simply a delay; it reflected extremely poor scheduling, communication, and management. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not return.
