Charges came to $225 when I when I declined quote for other work I inquired about. Tried to sell me a new battery when I didn't need it. Price quote for parts and labor for work I declined was substantially higher than from the dealership itself. Their lifts used to be always be full, you'd see several cars waiting for service and customers in the waiting room. I was the only person there. I guess I know why now. Overall just very shady.

So we found a garage right across the street from the museum and got in to see them just before close. We brought our vehicle in the next day. Being from another country and afraid of being taken advantage of we went to the museum and left our vehicle with Black's for the day. We went back to the garage just before close and they had finished our vehicle and gave us a very reasonable bill making our day seamless and stress free. We were very impressed and thankful for the great service. Sorry it took a year to write the review guys. Thanks again.

Also do yourself a favor before doing business with them and Google the owners criminal record his name is Jason Doughty. I wish I did. I bought a jeep a year ago. paid the deposit with my taxes…read more from the beginning the check engine light was on and we had it back in multiple times and every time Jason would say it was all good and taken care of. fast forward and we had owned the car 5-6 months and the motor blew. the paperwork to see if it was still under warranty was missing. he offered to eat the labor and fix it and said it would be around 1500 and the next thing I know he says he can get me a deal and it'll cost me about 4,000. yeah no thanks. he's not honest and he's a jerk when you call him out on it. I've recommended to anyone that has asked to think carefully and take your business somewhere else. I should have the first day when the conversation surrounded him needing to sell as many cars as he could to get more work done on his bar.
