This place is actually pretty huge and offers both a little Pizza Kitchen and even has a McDonald's located right inside. The store is clean and pretty well stocked and they also have clean washrooms for you to use. This is one of those convenient stores where you can stock up on quality snacks, have a meal, and fill up the tank all at the same time!

The 7 11 on Oakwood Ave in Elmira Heights consistently lets their coffee sit out too long causing…read moreit to get cool. I have repeatedly spoken to the staff about this and nothing ever changes. On May 6, I again said something about this to the employee working and once again was simply given the runaround, being told that the coffee "was just made", and "coffee keeps for two hours in the carafes"! It's time to start going somewhere else every day for coffee instead of paying over two dollars a cup for luke warm coffee! Do you people even care that you lose customers left and right because you simply don't care about anything?

EVERY interaction I have had with the employee with multi colored hair has been full of attitude…read moreand unprofessional tone. I have given more than one chance as I understand everyone has a bad day once in awhile but this is consistent unprofessional tone and attitude. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
