They responded to my service request really quick, and I was able to schedule an appointment for service just a couple days later. They gave me the best quote out of 6 other shops! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, They have a really nice waiting room, warm, cozy, music, drinks. I had to drive 40 mins away from home to get my service here, but I'm so glad I did. I won't be going to any other mechanic in CNY from now on, the drive is worth it. It's in a nice location, easy to access. Tons of gas stations near by too. I believe they are family owned, and they even sell cars which I thought was cool. If I had to buy a car in the next few months, this would be my first stop. They are proud and stand by their work. As I pushed my car out of the car wash - the employees just watched me with a smirk. When I reported it to them - they quickly told me that they are in no way responsible since it was enter at your own risk. They never even went to check out if there was glass or broken bumper parts left in the bay. They just kept letting car after car travel through. I am 100% sure that the touchless machine malfunctioned - but they never even gave me a chance to find out why this happened! Instead I had call a tow truck and then pay $2000 for repairs. This is very upsetting as I see that someone else posted a similar complaint a while back and a district manager claimed they would look into the issue of people not wearing masks.
