I love KV Lagree! I've been going for over a year now and have never felt stronger. It's such a positive, uplifting place to work out, and every class leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. The instructors are all so welcoming and really take the time to help with form and make sure you're getting the most out of each session. Ariane is the BEST!! She's incredibly encouraging and pushes you to try progressions and challenge yourself in the best way. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone improving and feeling strong. it was my first time taking class with ariane She is honestly the best Pilates teacher. She really takes her time to come over and help you, motivates you to keep going, and makes sure you're doing everything correctly. She doesn't let you skip or give up, which really pushes you to do your best. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants to see progress. I've had other instructors before, and not everyone is as hands-on, supportive, and helpful as she is. Kelly was great with providing a thorough review of the equipment 1:1 prior to class start and checked in multiple times throughout the duration, very mindful at providing a personal experience. One day after class and I'm already experiencing being sore full body which is a sign of a great workout. The experience at KV Lagree is so wonderful and empowering. I went as a postpartum mom in not great shape and was worried I would be judged, but the other students and teachers were all so kind and welcoming. The workouts were the best kind of so hard, but the teachers all gave direction, modifications and encouragement. The small class size is great, feels intimate and supportive. The space is clean and beautiful and they have free coffee for an after class pick me up! I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to really feel the burn and get stronger mentally and physically. read more

I've been coming here since August & I absolutely love it. I originally was taking classes at another studio and left to follow my favorite instructor, Claudia. She's made me fall back in love with working out. She's so motivating, encouraging, and sweet. She offers hands on corrections, always has great music, and the flow of her classes make those 45 minutes feel like nothing. I also found the other instructors I've worked with (Alicia & Savannah) to be great. They're even doing a super cute Halloween bingo to win a 'boo basket'. read more

first and foremost I am not an exercise girlie of any sort, could never get me to commit to anything, however I have to say after trying so many different types of exercise and some well know Pilates studios I always come back to KV lagree!! The reason I come back and have committed to the membership is because the instructors! I have to say everyone is great I personally loveeee Ariane and Alicia! I love KV Lagree. My usual instructors are Tay and Kelly and the workouts are AMAZING. They are motivating and always have such a positive attitude. They make coming back so easy. The studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. They have a water refill station and the cutest complimentary coffee vending machine. I started doing lagree 10 months ago at KV lagree and I love it! I tried a few other studios through class pass and always found myself preferring KV. I take Savannah on Mondays and Kelly on Fridays, and they kick my ass every time! Even in the warm ups... They always keep it challenging and switch up their routines to keep things fresh. Sometimes you feel like your limbs are gunna fall off from how much they shake/how tough their routines are hahaha but they really push you and make you realize that you can actually do it if you try! They are also both GREAT at being clear with their instruction on each move and demo-ing if there's an open machine. read more

I've been doing lagree since the start of 2023 and have hopped from studio to studio trying to find the right fit and instructors/trainers. Once I heard about KV Lagree I had to check it out and see if this was going to become my lagree home studio. It took one class when they opened at the start of the year to convince me to commit to their membership. The space is amazing--it's clean, aesthetically pleasing and offers a welcoming vibe. Where other studios feel cold and dry, KV offers a way more inviting take on a lagree studio. Most importantly, the instructors are all amazing. My biggest concern was coming into contact with trainers that weren't welcoming or inviting ( that's been the case in the past) and I'm happy to say that isn't the case here. Each trainer is welcoming and helpful without calling you out when you're lost and they all kick your butt. I know when I step into class that I'm about to break a sweat and be humbled. The instructors are alll amazing so far I've tried Kelly, Ashlee , Alicia, and Claudia. They are all so incredible and have their unique teaching styles.
