Mike was responsive to emails, arogenate, condescending and using the "program" as the defense for pitiful service, his quote " I believe at the core of this dispute is a lack of understanding on your part about the program you agreed to." Yes this is several years after the service existed, and returned to see if there was a pattern, there is. Consider other lawn services as its not worth arguing with someone that is not customer focused.

Mike's "guarantee" suddenly turned into an "act of God" that was not covered. Despite my frustration, I told Mike that I would share some of the replacement costs, and then was sent another outrageous bill. Go elsewhere for your needs. Each had their own style, but EE was the most professional and timely. All three companies quoted around the same price range (retaining wall, pool, pool cover, fence, pavers, built in screen). The difference for us was the design consultant's willingness to listen to our wants and make a solution we wanted. The other companies pressed upon us their vision which wasn't received well. We started our project in Nov and it has taken about 3.5 months with most of Dec being too wet to work. Despite the conditions of work, they did a good job keeping the work area clean and were mindful of the neighbors. The project manager for job was great, he was polite, used a messaging system suited for myself and wife and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. I can only take away the previous employees at EE have possibly moved on. I would recommend this company to anyone looking get a pool or outdoor living space.

I had such high hopes for Extreme Exteriors to design the landscaping around our new pool, but it…read moreturned into Extreme Disappointment. From the exterior of their building to my first meeting with Randy, I was very impressed. But then, he handed everything over to a seemingly junior partner who was completely out of touch with what was discussed at the initial meeting with Randy. He was reluctant to respond, made poor suggestions and was incredibly hard to work with. We spent a lot of money on the initial visit and paying for the 2-D plan, so thought we were committed. Several times, I mentioned to my husband that I thought I should just do the landscaping myself because what they were planning was SO basic and thoughtless for the cost. The initial quote came in so much higher than Randy promised, the installation of plants was very amateur and the follow up was the worst. I had to do the research and recommend the plants. This was the whole reason to hire professionals since I don't know enough about plants/spacing/etc. The installation had to be redone: the mulch was the wrong color, the plants were very unevenly spaced and about 1/3 of the plants had been man-handled too much during the install. (See pictures). The company was reluctant to follow up; one lady only responded via texts; the design manager that was supposed to over-see the project wasn't present the morning of the install. They showed up hours late despite messaging me that they were waiting on me....when they had their wires crossed and the workers were not working on my project at all. It was incredibly hard to pin down a date for install, it kept getting pushed back further and further out. After the install, they refused to do a final walk through or explain how the plants should be watered on the sprinkler system...seemed like this is exactly what the info they should provide given that they installed the plants and warranty them. The final result was super basic and over-priced with a lot of frustration and hounding on our part to get them to fix things or just do things the correct way. Everything about this experience aside from the initial visit was just terrible. I cannot recommend at all.
