Second, I asked SEVERAL times about my copay to ensure that the visit was covered as my once annual healthy visit and the secretary assured me it would be billed as such, even with them telling me to return for a second visit "to go over lab results" and still assuring me that it would all fall under the one healthy visit....well, it did not...they billed me once as a new patient visit and second as a healthy visit. They billed my insurance for things like a "depression questionnaire" which there was no indication to give it to me except to bill my insurance. I tried the number on bill to question, the phone number was not active. I called the office and left a message...no one returned my call. I am paying the bill but I will not be returning to the office. Lastly, speaking with the ARNP, she said I only needed to come back annually. however the rx called in had no refills and the pharmacy was unable to get them to respond to their refill requests.

As for myself, he kept encouraging me to get a sleep study and other tests to find out why I am always so tired. The irony is that he was such a great doctor and as an internal medicine doctor - he instinctively treated the symptoms precisely. However, until my circumstances and insurance changed and i couldn't afford the medical *cocktail* Dr Lipson prescribed me for pain and UTI's and kidney infections - i didn't learn the actual cause. Which is - after winding up in the ER the past years and getting sepsis and kidney infections - i learned that I believe I had kidney transplant as a child. which, would theoretically need to take all the types of medications Dr Lipson prescribed for me to treat viral infection, bacterial infections, anti inflammation and more - as an internal medicine doctor - following the symptoms, prescribing medications bas weed on my urine and bloodwork ... which made my bloodwork nearly perfect ... before my circumstances and insurance and doctor and everything changed. I'm grateful to Dr Lipson. My daughter had similar great experiences.

After receiving the abnormal results, she had me see Dr. Mostel in her office who is the cardio interventionist. They quickly made an appointment with me to see him and go over the testing and options. He scheduled a procedure for me a few days later at Gardens Hospital and found a 98% blockage in my main coronary artery and I ended up having an angioplasty and stent placement which could have cost me my life had it been left undetected and treated as quickly as it was. I am thankful for this team of professionals and happy they are my doctors.
