This company leaves a LOT to be desired they were contracted to repair the roof on our new house in…read moreMarch they were paid $3400 to seal and repair the existing roof the quote stated there was a 5 year warranty. We discovered a leak at the end of September around one of the sky lights in the spare bathroom, it is now the middle of November and we are still waiting on them to show up. Have spoken to them multiple times (Eddie, Leo and Martha) and made 6 different appointments they don't show up, they don't call I have spoken to multiple people at the company and they act very sorry saying things like "oh we had an emergency" or "oh our truck broke down" every excuse in the book. If you use this company beware the warranty they advertise is non existent, they did a decent job on the initial repair that they got paid for but if you expect follow up or warranty work then go someplace else because you won't get it from this company. Very poor customer service and no respect for your time.

Both times they said someone would call me. NO CALL Back. So then I went on to their website and filled out the form for someone to reach out to me. Still no call back. That should tell you all you need to know about their customer service. If I ran my business like this by ignoring potential new customers, I would be out of business!

Anthony and his father have 40 years combined experience and recently decided to go into business for themselves. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and fair. The job was kind of pain, but after everything, the skylight trim looks GREAT! Anthony stood by his orginal quote which was fair but it was a job that took longer i gave him some extra money. Worth it! I will be calling them back for anything else we have in our aging home and referring them to other people! Very happy! (Before and after photos)

I was provided a quote for replacing a carport roof support post with pier. The quote seemed…read moreacceptable at first, but then the Handyman communicated a "need to double" his quote. After several attempts to acquire details that would require $800 rather than$400, we haggled back and forth by text message, with him dodging my questions with pledges to "get back to you tomorrow", or some such. I had ready prepaid the $400 he demanded thru PayPal when our dialog ended, with his pledge to refund (most) of that $400 prepayment. That was the last word from him, and that was three weeks ago! Let this be a warning to NOT prepay for a project that doesn't at most pay for some of the materials and perhaps travel. Don't get taken to the cleaners as I had. I may have dismissed a loss of $400, but at least it didn't become the $800 he was licking his lips over.

ATTN: Construction WITHOUT Quality - RUN the Other Way Do…read morenot hire Williams and Sons -- especially Marc Williams, Marc Jr., Marcel, David Williams or Cindi. This was hands-down the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn't know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot -- which meant the bricks didn't fit properly. The result? A crooked, unstable mess with grout smeared all over the face of the wall like a bad joke. They dragged the job out forever, ignored concerns, and ghosted us when it was clear they messed up. We had to go to the Registrar of Contractors, and even after that, they refused to fix major problems. We gave them a final shot out of good faith -- and it was more corner-cutting, lies, and negligence and abandonment- the lies they even told the judge were unbelievable from people who claim to be professional- but they didn't get away with it- they have multiple complaints against them now, I wouldn't be surprised if they loose their license- make sure to check first! This crew is dangerous, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Protect yourself: check contractor licenses, look up complaints, and contact the ROC if you're already stuck dealing with them -- they were the only ones who helped.
