He consistently went above and beyond what was expected. One thing that really stood out to me was that after he finished the job, he saw me struggling to wash all seven of my horses by myself and came over to help without being asked. That kind of kindness and work ethic is hard to find and means a lot to any animal parent! You can tell James takes pride in his work and has a passion for doing things right. He was easy to work with, communicated well, and treated the project as if it were his own. If you're looking for an honest, dependable excavation company that delivers excellent results, I highly recommend Desert Dirt Rat. James and Andrew are great people to have on your project.
