I took a power steering cylinder that was leaking fluid to Kustes Hydraulics for repair. After it sat in their shop for weeks, they said it was repaired. When I put it back onto the tractor, it leaked fluid all over the garage floor. I called and explained to them what happened and they told me to bring it back to the shop again. I was told there was a seal left out from the first repair and it should be fine now. After getting it back onto the tractor for a second time, it was leaking fluid again worse than before. I called them again to discuss the situation and they told me to bring it back to the shop for a third time. I explained to them it took 1.5 hours every time I removed and reinstalled the cylinder. I told them that I was going to take it to another shop for repair and asked for a refund but they told me that I had waited too long. When I took it to Bluegrass Farm and Lawn for repair they told me that the wrong size seals were used and that is why it was still leaking. I attempted to explain this again to Kustes but they told me that the above was the other places opinion, even though it was shooting fluid out of the end of the cylinder after Kustes repaired it for a second time!, lol. It is working fine now after Bluegrass Farm and Lawn repaired it with the correct size parts. This is a good $316.20 lesson for me to read other reviews for a business before I have them do any work for me. read more
