They didn't, however... they had a wonderful selection of clothes etc... we will have to go back to just shop to be shopping- not shopping with specific items in mind. But I did snag a candle and some hand soap for my bathroom anyhow cause ooh smells like magic!

For its quality of items and pricing I consider this to be one of the top women's boutiques - and that's saying a lot considering I would likely not fit into most of it. Normally when a shop caters to smaller sizes I have to mark it off my list, but Mamili offers so much more - purses, jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, home decor, men's and more. I'm so glad we were able to pop in this weekend. Jingle Fest meant the store was decorated for Christmas and I picked up an adorable Santa figure that can be mounted around our fireplace. We were also obsessed with their mini TVs that lit up holiday scenes and played music. I snagged a pair of shades and my husband took home raspberry jalapeño jam the store was sampling. I also tossed a couple of mulling spices into our bag and can't wait to buy a gallon of apple cider (maybe a side of bourbon?). The service at Mamili is fantastic. Friendly and helpful. They told us they offer private shopping events. I bet those would be amazing. I can't imagine friends not finding 1-2 items to take home. I encourage everyone to out this spot on their shopping list, for themselves or to gift someone else.

I ran into this store by accident and after visiting, here's what I understand. Ballard Designs is…read morea company owned by Williams Sonoma, and has a similar feel to it as Pottery Barn. This is the first outlet in Louisville and was originally announced as a temporary location; however, it must be doing well enough to have stayed in place. It took over the space vacated by the now bankrupt Steinmart. There is nothing fancy about this spot. It very much feels like a dumping site for furniture and is organized by type/room. It is a land of rejected, broken pieces. The signage attempts to excite you - 50% off or more - but then you flip the tag to find out it is still outrageously overpriced on top of being broken. The facility is large, and most workers were either at the front desk or helping people wedge items into their trucks. I appreciated watching the quiet nature of the staff today as a customer carried on a conversation with the customer service team via her cell phone. She was a lot to handle and you could tell they didn't want to escalate the situation. Apparently this spot has a following. Bring a large pocketbook ... and duct tape.

I would advise shoppers to thoroughly inspect the furniture before purchasing, as some of the items are damaged. Staff are friendly and helpful!

If you're a girls girl you'll love it I promise. The staff are so friendly & helpful, but, don't give off stalker vibes. I hate that!!! So thank you for giving me space. Much appreciated. It's organized perfectly. Magnolia & Fig carries some unique brands of clothing, accessories & home decor. I chose a gorgeous summer dress, two bracelets and a necklace for my daughter. They have an awesome website to shop online and offer private shopping appointments. They're open Wednesday-Sunday. Check out their sales rack as well. I saw some great deals on cute dresses. I will definitely be going back & checking out more clothes & jewelry.
