After your first scheduling online your information remains on file. This includes your insurance information. Why is this great? People who have blood work checks monthly, bi-monthly, or your preferred requests - it allows you to book your event at your leisure. When you arrive there is no paperwork or insurance cards and questions to complete. The online service uses your information to look for your standing orders, collect information and confirm. The wizard online can provide you an estimate of your out of pocket payment. Online booking is the way to go!! Upon arrival, my on-site transduction was less than 8 minutes. They allow up to ten minutes being late, after that you do have to reschedule. I think that's perfectly acceptable as they are busy! You can leave messages for the schedule to call back or leave a message with the nurse staff to call you back of you have general questions. The only issue I have ever had was in the pharmacy. The pharmacy contract with our insurance was not renewed and we had to have the prescription transferred. I recommend going to this facility. The facility is clean and the staff considerate.
