That "half a banana " worth is sugar claim also a sham. An entire banana has on average 20 grams of carbs. These shakes have "18" grams. And what's in the shakes is a chemical shit storm. The worker has no basic understanding of nutrition or even how to read a label properly... but maybe she was distracted by her equally young high school boyfriend. I thought this was a healthy alternative to all the fast food smoothies that are all taste and no real substance, but the macros are no better than running into a chain smoothie shop and asking to add a scoop of whey protein and substitute out the sugar for Splenda. So disappointed that there still isn't a great CLEAN option for protein shakes on the go. Sad day indeed between the poor service and poorer quality ingredients.

The few times I've eaten in, I've liked it too. Very nice ambiance. I hope they eventually will extend their hours back to the pre-pandemic hours and be open for dinner more days of the week. But if the current hours are what works for their business model, then I'm just happy to have them around. Their location in Perrysburg is also very good. I will note that I didn't order any of the "Mix and Match" or other specials because it was for dinner. They do look intriguing and I would consider trying them out. I will say, however, that I believe the "half portions" might be unsatisfying, but maybe okay for lunch with a half sandwich. Based on my experience, I think the "2" rating overall on Yelp is a bit harsh. The food is at least fresh here and I would recommend checking it out! I have posted pictures below... Chose the coconut milk, and was very happy to learn that anything, including Thai tea, can be made non-dairy. This is rather rare as the mix usually contains condensed milk or sodium caseinate already. It was excellent. Full, rich flavor and just the right sweetness level. I got it at 75% sweetness. I don't live here but would visit R&B again.

The one time I got a poke bowl it was also extremely good and a huge portion. I got it with almost all the mix-ins. There were SO MANY mix-ins. It's not really Hawaiian style poke, which tends to be just fish with few other ingredients. But it's perhaps more delicious for being less authentic -- the poke in Hawaii hasn't appealed to me much, I don't usually crave like just a big pile of raw fish.
