MATCHA MILK CAP and new mango cream
    Connie C.

They had 3 guys hustling to make our drinks. The flavors were great. There was a problem with their newer menu items. At least 3 orders passed us before it was ready but it's not a standard item so that might be why. Very clean. Maintained cleanliness and distancing. GIANT bottle of sanitizer for anyone.

    Kicking butt and taking names...8/19/19

8/19/19 It was a hot followed by a sweat day. I was deeling very miserable, but I knew I would be alright. The water I was drinking was nice, but it was room temperature and did not cool me off. The water was given to me from Madame Puspa. Seeing the Kung Fu Tea shop, I headed over there to see what drink tickled me fancy. I settled on the Passionfruit with mango bubbles. The staff members were cheerful and worked quickly and get me the drink I had bought. Looking around the store, I saw some nice art decorations to make the business feel more comfortable. I really liked the painting of Bruce Lee. The attention to detail was spot on. The purple glass Budda was a nice touch too. I really like the small board games you can play if your just hanging out at the shop and having a good time. I look forward to coming back here the next time I'm around here.

This Kung Fu Tea is a bit different than the other locations I've been to because it has a more Tous Les Jours meets Shilla Bakery feel where you wouldn't want to stay there for too long, but there are games out if you're waiting for your drink or waiting for someone. They got a lot cleaner since the last time I came and got a lot more staff. It's a bit hidden within the shopping plaza, but there's always 2-3 people in there with a drink or waiting for their drink. The last time I came, the tapioca pearls were a bit over cooked, but this time they were fairly undercooked. Both times the tea itself was fine though. Since this location is somewhat new and the staff all seem new (no one was the same between my two visits) I'm hoping they'll perfect their boba cooking skills soon. The staff there are always nice and seem organized so it creates a nice atmosphere along with the games set out.

I'm here at least once a week, and they have been pretty consistent with flavor. Sometimes they make my lychee punch a little too sweet that I'm unable to even finish it. The owner lady is extremely nice and friendly every single time! And service is huge for me. Today I tried a new one - lychee black tea - and she offered to make me something else if I didn't like it. I was a little thrown off by the taste at first bc I was expecting something different, but I actually really really like it. It's probably my new favorite one! Another awesome thing about this location is that they leave out board games for you, so when it's a little busy, you have something to do or even if you just want to hang out there. Which I have done on several occasions with my little nephews.

I drink bubble tea daily so I'm a black belt. I've tried most things on KFT menu and came to the conclusion that taro and oolong milk tea are the best for my taste. Milk tea is consistent but bubbles can be hit or miss depending on the day...sometimes soft and chewy, sometimes hard.

Wow I got tea here for the first time for me and my daughter and it was absolutely amazing! I got the Thai milk tea with the brown sugar boba and she got the mango smoothie with the mango boba both are incredible!! They were very informative and helped us make a decision as it was our first time and we did not know what to pick so I really love that and they also had a bunch of games to play like Jenga and me and my daughter played connect four while they made out drinks it was definitely a fun environment I will be back very soon!!!

Besto service ever; quick, efficient and really fast and friendly workers. The smoothies always slap and the place is very cozy.

If a place consistently delivers quality drinks, strong execution, and keeps us coming back, that earns a top rating from me. Teadm absolutely does that. We go to Teadm in Sterling often, and it has become one of our go to spots for drinks. Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba is outstanding. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with the kind of texture that keeps you coming back for another sip. One thing I really appreciate is that their milk teas are actually milky and creamy. They are not thin or watery like at some other places. Also, the added traditional boba is excellent! It is consistently chewy, fresh tasting, and cooked perfectly every time. That kind of consistency matters, and they clearly pay attention to quality. They also offer a Brown Sugar Milk option with no caffeine, which is fantastic for the kiddos. Same creamy, satisfying flavor profile without the caffeine, and that has made it a family favorite. Another consistent winner is their Seasalt Bac Xiu Coffee. It never disappoints. Great balance of sweetness, coffee flavor, and that salted cream element that makes it so enjoyable. We have also tried the Color Switch Lemonade, which is good and fun to order. If I could offer one suggestion, I would love to see a classic simple lemonade or a lychee lemonade added to the menu as well. Overall, this place rocks. Great drinks, consistent quality, family friendly options, and the kind of menu that keeps us coming back. A solid 5 stars from me.

Indeed, most of the Vietnamese clientele in the small restaurant seemed to be enjoying hot bowls of bun bo hue, so I went with a bowl of that and my non-beef-eating wife chose the bun rieu. The bun bo hue possessed a clean yet very flavorful broth with notes of lemongrass and hot chili. The meat portions included generous slices of beef shank, pork trotter, blood cake, and pork sausage. Some of the beef shank cuts were a little tough, but the meats otherwise tasted up to par. The accoutrement of herbs and veggies included some authentic, hard to find garnishes such as banana blossom and Vietnamese coriander, which added a fresh, crunchy bite to complement the heady soup. Overall, this was an excellent bun bo hue and rivals many you can get at Eden Center. Similarly, my wife's bun rieu was superb. The broth had a light body but a very distinct and savory shellfish flavor. The crab and shrimp paste had a very silky texture and the bouncy fried tofu cubes soaked up the tomatoey broth perfectly. The bun rieu ran just a touch salty overall, but nonetheless is among the better renditions we have tasted in the area. Our bowls were about $18 each. While a bit steep, the portions satisfied and the quality of ingredients merited the cost. As the name alludes, bubble tea is also served here. My wife enjoyed a solid taro milk tea along with her noodle soup. We have gotten drinks from here in the past and find the offerings above average though, unlike the awesome soups, not necessarily worthy of a dedicated stop. Teabreak also serves other Vietnamese dishes such as banh mi and meats over broken rice, which actually looked quite appetizing coming out of the kitchen. I give this place a solid 4 stars for really tasty, specialty noodle soups and can easily foresee a five star upgrade in the near future after sampling some more dishes.
