I don't like that if you commit to a same day repair, the rate is one thing. If you need to reschedule for another day, the rate is quite a bit higher. I was in the process of purchasing a home and needed a quote for the repair to provide to the seller for negotiating purposes. Of course, I wanted to take advantage of the lower cost repair but was not able to do the same day service because I did not own the property. As promised, 2-3 weeks later when my home closed, I contacted the technician to do the repair. I was charged almost $200 more than I would have paid. I asked the technician if he could extend to me the original quote, and he said that he could not. I was advised that use of the garage without repair could be dangerous; therefore, I did not have time to shop for other quotes.

I signed a contract with Josh on February 18, 2023 and paid him $2000.00 to purchase the equipment for the job. For 4 months Josh kept telling me that the parts were on back order. Josh said that the company did not send him all the parts. These are the same parts that he uses for garage doors. We gave him a deadline to get the work finished, but he did not show up.
