We got all the way through the final details of booking the appointment, getting ready to get off the phone and the gal asks "is the location going to be heated" Uh, no. I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation! The store is rather small but does offer all the essential one might need while on the road. Hot food and ice cream is also available as well as a small picnic area to relax. They sell Cascade Glacier ice cream brand, and both my wife and I each purchased a couple of scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. We were both happy with our choices.
