She informed me I would have to stand there and wait for it to do whatever it was doing. Very rude very unprofessional even after I told her she was a very rude person. She was rude. Took one drink to find that it was chunky and sour tasting. I went back in to see if I could exchange it and the cashier was so unhelpful. Told me no, couldn't/wouldn't even let me get a water (my drink was $4 the water was $2.35) literally stole my money . Flying J is normally my go to place, idk who's running this one but they need to be fired or retrained. Terrible, worst flying J in the country by far.
