You can make them with a variety of cheeses and we picked provolone and cheddar on both types of bread. I tried both sandwiches and they were both super delicious and paired well with soup. I told him I needed an oil change and the Hyundai dealer recommended to change the drive belts. He said they were busy, but he'd squeeze me in since I was from out of town. He called me back in about an hour with an estimate. Although it seemed a little high, after explaining how he came up with it, I agreed. I took my vehicle in on Wed. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil. I appreciated his honesty, getting me an appt. in spite of being busy, and going out of the way to take me to/from the motel and how fast they did the work.
