Took one drink to find that it was chunky and sour tasting. I went back in to see if I could exchange it and the cashier was so unhelpful. Told me no, couldn't/wouldn't even let me get a water (my drink was $4 the water was $2.35) literally stole my money . Flying J is normally my go to place, idk who's running this one but they need to be fired or retrained. Terrible, worst flying J in the country by far.

Again she met us at the door, remembered that we had been there before. She was very helpful, finding the products we would use to take advantage of the promotion. She was very polite, even telling the person on her phone that she had to go because she was with a customer. We enjoyed working with her.
