I was specifically looking for CBD isolate in order to not violate my bond conditions and return to jail for the 3rd time. I called many stores and turned them down when they did not have CBD isolate because most CBD is contaminated with THC. I met Seth, arriving at 5:25 and the store closed at 6, my conditions also require me to be home by 6 which will all make sense soon. HE CONFIRMED, they had CBD isolate broad-spectrum, which initially confused me because the brand I was looking for online is called broad-spectrum. Upon meeting Seth, I appreciate him. He was friendly and I explained I cannot mess around and get caught up as I'm done smoking THC but enjoy CBD. He showed me this product and searched the bar code and told me it had no THC, even on the box it says there are small amounts in tiny writing I did not have a chance to see. However my main concern here was the CBN, which shows up as a false positive on drug tests in all situations. This is unfortunately where the debilitated, pre-angry individual who works the hours around Seth and I met. This degenerate, before I could fully have a chance of explaining myself and my situation. Before I could finish even my sentence about Seth and I and how he RECOMMENDED and told me. He had CBD ISOLATE, and without a shadow of a doubt this product would allow me to pass a drug test. He cuts me off saying that's not our problem what you do with yourself and your body, we have no inclusion. This is a smoke shop, they sell drugs. If a drug-dealer sells someone bad drugs and they die. If a doctor sells his medication on the side. He is liable, and will be prosecuted. there is no indiscretion because you don't care and whatever previous bias you have at that moment. I am not sure what is wrong with this man but he is an inconvenience, incompetent prick. I can only explain his behavior as a true prejudice against me and my age being 21. Now here's where the story takes a scary turn, I reassured the man seth told me I could return it and I even told him I'd be back if I had any issues. He once again told me that was fine since he realized it was very close to the time of closing, now the man is furious threatening to violate my court agreements and have me trespassed because he did not want to give me my return. I asked to speak with seth and he denied me, even when I saw him run off to the back. This is when I said Id have to unfortunately give a bad review for this because at no point had I came off wrong in anyway I just wanted to explain to him the conversation seth and I had, and why I had to be careful. He then shames me saying I hope you have to go back, this is all over a $40 device. Here where things get somehow even worse, after threatening me and now treating me like human trash he demands to see my license or he will trespass me I show him I'm of age he then tries to grab at my hands and get my license. Which terrifies me because at this point it felt as if he was going to get me in worse trouble with the courts. After I denied him that ability, we had another heated conversation where he then again repeats and belittles me wishing me back to prison saying I could never understand what he went through. At this moment I expressed my discern with him and said I respected him and was sorry he had to go through that. He then belittles my apology, screaming not to talk to him anymore and if I wanted any use of my money he would only allow for an exchange. I chose an exchange, despite this being a breach of company policy and human decency. I once again expressed I was sorry he went through that and tried to come to some level ground with this belligerent excuse for an employee in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before he even could wrap the random $40 glass piece I chose to get some use out of my time and money. Since I do have to save for court fees etc. He once again threatened to see my license or he would not proceed, regardless of the fact I showed him I was of legal age and did not trust him after he threatened to have me violated. This throws the fat bald man with 4 eyes into an entanglement, he grew twice as angry now seeing that I realized what this shit stain was going to do to me. He starts ranting coming at me about prison and how he'll have me trespassed and thrown back in jail for just being here demanding a name. This is when I gave up on the situation because $40 is not worth jail time and I left not only the original device and my exchangement there. This is single handedly one of the worst most racist people I've ever met, he had a prejudice before I even spoke to him and tried not only to violate my rights. He even drove away the other customers in the store, I am not sure what he was taking out on me but this situation was one of the worst I've ever had a smoke shop. First time ever I encountered a rude employee. I arrived 5 min before closing. I had called about a something I wanted to return previously I was sold the wrong item and the same rude girl said she would have someone call Monday but never did. I spent $12. Was trying to spend another $40 but she was complaining in was 2 minutes past close and it's been really stressful and has an 1ht and 1/2 drive, I told her will buy elsewhere. She was dismissive and doesn't care about customer service only herself. Thankfully she's not a manager, she shouldn't even be in customer service. read more

About a month ago I purchased a medium sized Kulture brand grinder and in the last month I have not accumulated any pollen in the bottom section. Thinking maybe I just had one that had a defect I came to the store to share my story and hope I could either get a new one or put the money I had paid for the defective one toward a new one. I was told when I purchased it that it had a lifetime warranty so why wouldn't they... right? Well I was informed because I used it that they couldn't do anything for me. The associate showed me another brand and said that one worked better because the screen wasn't as fine and that was a common complaint with the kulture brand grinders. I am very disappointed in your product and your store policy. The young lady that helped me was very nice and I could tell felt bad that she couldn't assist me further. Why manufacture a grinder that only does half of its purpose. I am definitely going to share my story and let other know how disappointed I am in Kulture. read more

Always welcomed in your store by friendly staff went in the other day spoke to a gentleman I believe was Mikey awesome kid and that's the service I expect each time . I deal with your help . Well that was the case when I'm spending money is what it seems . I called today and asked for owner and was told no way he can be reached , no email , and no way I could leave my info to be contacted first because I have an amazing product I'd love to share with Evan and see if we could build a great business relationship and profitable for all . I also had an issue when asked for manager and explained I bought a CBD cartridge new ones $40 and it did t fit my 510 thread pen which I bought at a previous visit to the store in short Pump . Than the cartridge seemed to leak from the bottom to the top of the mouth piece very easily so when I told this to George store manager he said nothing he can do and they don't return them final sale . When I acted a little upset he said I could bring it in and look at the product and see if it is user error still trying g to lay the blame on me .. A little background I was a medical patient t in Madsachusetts for 4 years and I have used many of cartridges without an issue . So it was not because of human error or user error . His response to me was I said I could help you come get your money and find it some place else . I than said I love the store and have always been helped and don't want to not show there do to one error I was hoping I could just a get a replacement that works properly . May I add I was buying this for my good friend diagnoised with cancer and didn't want to send it off to her not working . In the end I was told by George bring it in he will look at it . I just left this location and did not even make a purchase because I was so angry at how I was treated in the store. The directions as to how to handle the social distance aspect were not entirely laid out before I entered, and I was under the impression it was supposed to be one customer at a time. The woman let a man in, and me as well. The man called me a "bitch" multiple times because I did not see the square to stand in, and just would not stop being over the top/arguing with me. The woman working did absolutely nothing to diffuse the situation. Just allowed this man to be awful for no reason without a "sorry, ma'am" or anything. I was told to "fuck off" by this man and she did not blink an eye. Follow your rules. One customer at a time. And if you bend the rules, make sure that the procedures are clear. You have lost me as a customer entirely, which is an absolute shame. read more

The day the vet told me my 13 year old fur baby Rocky was going to die in a matter of days from a tumor that had ruptured and filled his internal organs up with blood, I rushed to Kulture glen allen and got the max strength king kalm and began giving him the medicinal dosage.
