This is the ONLY place I go to for CBD products now. The owner is fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgeable. If you don't know something all you have to do is ask and he can explain it all. And they have a service pup usually in the shop who is very cute and sweet. Their CBD is super effective for my anxiety and insomnia. They often have free samples of products. Tried a CBD lotion today for my sore neck and my neck feels great since. Really good value for the cost. Plus they regularly have great sales. This is my personal favorite the CBG isolate, which I find to be the most helpful for sleep anxiety. Their Kapana brand I think is the best (it's all I get now). Highly recommend! read more

Probably the cleanest, brightest, most organized CBD shop I've been to in Richmond. Very spacious. I came in looking for CBD cigarettes and ended up getting the brand I usually get (Vance Globals) as well as a new brand the guy recommended (Chief Stix). I forget his name but he was very helpful and chill. It's $15 per 10-pack for the extra-strength CBS smokes, which is actually normal for a brick and mortar store. Good place. read more

I made a first, and last time visit to the store today. I just so happen to go in after a visit at a near by restaurant. There was no other customer in the store, during my visit no one came in our out. I did receive a work call while visiting the store, but again it was my first time in so I took my time to look at the selection of products that they had. I made a point of shopping while on the call , and told the clerk I would like to ask some questions once my call ended. He told me that I should hurry up, and being on the phone walking around this empty store was rude. I promptly made the purchase of the items I had already selected and left. Customer service is a key part of building a customer base , in this day in age people may have to take a phone call while in your location. I didn't want to struggle in getting or receiving the answer in the products I wanted to purchase, it was also the middle of the afternoon so the location easily had hours before closing. They sell malfunctioning equipment here and refuse to offer a refund when brought back. Bought a lava vape pen that fell apart and leaked all the oil out of the cartridge, this happened with 3 separate cartridges on multiple occasions.
