Higher Education are criminals who are damaging the name of an American Company, Cali Crusher, as well as trust in local businesses. I brought the clean and unused grinder back into Higher Education, along with the receipt, and proof that it was a knockoff. The Owner's reply after acknowledging that it was fake grinder was: "No returns. No returns, no exceptions. Do you want me to keep repeating myself?" This is the most unprofessional and disgusting way of doing business I've seen from a RVA proprietor outside of Seibert's Towing. Selling cheaply made knockoff goods for premium price of $70 and refusing to accept returns is simply criminal. The Owner has made this practice his policy, and for that reason Higher Education does not deserve your business. PS: The Grinder is fake because: 1) It visibly doesn't have Cali Crusher's patented 4-Way Quick Lock System. it just has regular cheap metal threading 2) It doesn't have the crossbar supports beneath the screen. 3) It has a cheap plastic pollen scraper, instead of Cali Crusher's signature guitar pick shape.

I understand things get mislabeled, and I would have been cool with the error had someone explained prior to my pickup that there was an error in the listing, but this was handled completely inappropriately. I hope a $10 mistake is worth driving off a customer and a poor review.
