I don't give bad reviews lightly, but Higher Education robbed me of $70. They did this by selling…read moreme a cheaply made knock-off grinder and then refusing to accept a return. Higher Education are criminals who are damaging the name of an American Company, Cali Crusher, as well as trust in local businesses. I brought the clean and unused grinder back into Higher Education, along with the receipt, and proof that it was a knockoff. The Owner's reply after acknowledging that it was fake grinder was: "No returns. No returns, no exceptions. Do you want me to keep repeating myself?" This is the most unprofessional and disgusting way of doing business I've seen from a RVA proprietor outside of Seibert's Towing. Selling cheaply made knockoff goods for premium price of $70 and refusing to accept returns is simply criminal. The Owner has made this practice his policy, and for that reason Higher Education does not deserve your business. PS: The Grinder is fake because: 1) It visibly doesn't have Cali Crusher's patented 4-Way Quick Lock System. it just has regular cheap metal threading 2) It doesn't have the crossbar supports beneath the screen. 3) It has a cheap plastic pollen scraper, instead of Cali Crusher's signature guitar pick shape.

I absolutely love this local smoke shop! They consistently have everything I need, and the quality…read moreof their products is always top-tier. The owner and every employee I've interacted with have been nothing short of amazing super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their craft. One of my favorite little touches is their indoor/outdoor shop kitty she is the sweetest thing ever. If you're lucky enough to catch her inside while you're shopping, it truly makes the experience even better. Bonus points for kitty pets! The only small thing I'll mention (not really a complaint, just a heads-up) is that when driving by, it can sometimes be hard to tell if they're open because of the bars on the doors for safety. It can give the illusion that they're closed when they're actually open which they usually are, and often late into the night (huge plus!). Parking is easy too there's parking right in front of the building, and I've also parked behind near the auto shop and walked over without any issues. Overall, this place is a gem. Highly recommend supporting this shop you won't be disappointed!

THCA is a natural cannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis plants that turns into THC when it's heated. So it's not Delta-8 or lab-made -- it's simply unheated hemp flower that's legally compliant because it tests under 0.3% Delta-9 THC before it's smoked. Once heated, it behaves like regular cannabis. Give these guys a try if you're in RVA! It is NOT medical grade cannabis-- in Virginia you must have a medical card for that

Tried a CBD lotion today for my sore neck and my neck feels great since. Really good value for the cost. Plus they regularly have great sales. This is my personal favorite the CBG isolate, which I find to be the most helpful for sleep anxiety. Their Kapana brand I think is the best (it's all I get now). Highly recommend!

There has been times after hours when the shop had just closed and I had an issue with a device, and Rudy had stayed late just to allow me time to get to the shop so he could correct the issue I was having. Management really cares about the customers and is constantly doing tastings of juice (for free) to allow the customer base to select the new juice lines that come in. Almost every day they run flash sales that they announce on their Facebook (so be sure to follow them there) on juices, RDAs, and even mods. The give aways are fantastic too, and the amount of free stuff given away just for being a customer over this past Black Friday was excellent. I should mention that they have moved to a new location (in the strip directly behind their old location) next to the Harley Davidson dealership. It's MUCH more spacious and very inviting if you want to hang out and lounge around. Of all the shops in the Chesterfield area I've been to, I've found La'Vape to be the absolute best in terms of customer service, location, pricing, selection, and atmosphere. Give 'em a shot.
