I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on and they wouldn't answer when I called again. I understand things get mislabeled, and I would have been cool with the error had someone explained prior to my pickup that there was an error in the listing, but this was handled completely inappropriately. I hope a $10 mistake is worth driving off a customer and a poor review. Edit: Filed a Paypal dispute, during which the owner admitted he was lying after trying to blame me repeatedly for being incorrect. Ultimately got a partial refund for the product I didn't receive thanks to Paypal.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their craft. One of my favorite little touches is their indoor/outdoor shop kitty she is the sweetest thing ever. If you're lucky enough to catch her inside while you're shopping, it truly makes the experience even better. Bonus points for kitty pets! The only small thing I'll mention (not really a complaint, just a heads-up) is that when driving by, it can sometimes be hard to tell if they're open because of the bars on the doors for safety. It can give the illusion that they're closed when they're actually open which they usually are, and often late into the night (huge plus!). Parking is easy too there's parking right in front of the building, and I've also parked behind near the auto shop and walked over without any issues. Overall, this place is a gem.
