I called many stores and turned them down when they did not have CBD isolate because most CBD is contaminated with THC. I met Seth, arriving at 5:25 and the store closed at 6, my conditions also require me to be home by 6 which will all make sense soon. HE CONFIRMED, they had CBD isolate broad-spectrum, which initially confused me because the brand I was looking for online is called broad-spectrum. Upon meeting Seth, I appreciate him. He was friendly and I explained I cannot mess around and get caught up as I'm done smoking THC but enjoy CBD. He showed me this product and searched the bar code and told me it had no THC, even on the box it says there are small amounts in tiny writing I did not have a chance to see. However my main concern here was the CBN, which shows up as a false positive on drug tests in all situations. This is unfortunately where the debilitated, pre-angry individual who works the hours around Seth and I met. This degenerate, before I could fully have a chance of explaining myself and my situation. Before I could finish even my sentence about Seth and I and how he RECOMMENDED and told me. He had CBD ISOLATE, and without a shadow of a doubt this product would allow me to pass a drug test. He cuts me off saying that's not our problem what you do with yourself and your body, we have no inclusion. This is a smoke shop, they sell drugs. If a drug-dealer sells someone bad drugs and they die. If a doctor sells his medication on the side. He is liable, and will be prosecuted. there is no indiscretion because you don't care and whatever previous bias you have at that moment. I am not sure what is wrong with this man but he is an inconvenience, incompetent prick. I can only explain his behavior as a true prejudice against me and my age being 21. Now here's where the story takes a scary turn, I reassured the man seth told me I could return it and I even told him I'd be back if I had any issues. He once again told me that was fine since he realized it was very close to the time of closing, now the man is furious threatening to violate my court agreements and have me trespassed because he did not want to give me my return. I asked to speak with seth and he denied me, even when I saw him run off to the back. This is when I said Id have to unfortunately give a bad review for this because at no point had I came off wrong in anyway I just wanted to explain to him the conversation seth and I had, and why I had to be careful. He then shames me saying I hope you have to go back, this is all over a $40 device. Here where things get somehow even worse, after threatening me and now treating me like human trash he demands to see my license or he will trespass me I show him I'm of age he then tries to grab at my hands and get my license. Which terrifies me because at this point it felt as if he was going to get me in worse trouble with the courts. After I denied him that ability, we had another heated conversation where he then again repeats and belittles me wishing me back to prison saying I could never understand what he went through. At this moment I expressed my discern with him and said I respected him and was sorry he had to go through that. He then belittles my apology, screaming not to talk to him anymore and if I wanted any use of my money he would only allow for an exchange. I chose an exchange, despite this being a breach of company policy and human decency. I once again expressed I was sorry he went through that and tried to come to some level ground with this belligerent excuse for an employee in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before he even could wrap the random $40 glass piece I chose to get some use out of my time and money. Since I do have to save for court fees etc. He once again threatened to see my license or he would not proceed, regardless of the fact I showed him I was of legal age and did not trust him after he threatened to have me violated. This throws the fat bald man with 4 eyes into an entanglement, he grew twice as angry now seeing that I realized what this shit stain was going to do to me. He starts ranting coming at me about prison and how he'll have me trespassed and thrown back in jail for just being here demanding a name. This is when I gave up on the situation because $40 is not worth jail time and I left not only the original device and my exchangement there. This is single handedly one of the worst most racist people I've ever met, he had a prejudice before I even spoke to him and tried not only to violate my rights. He even drove away the other customers in the store, I am not sure what he was taking out on me but this situation was one of the worst I've ever had a smoke shop. From ordering to pickup, I'd say it was only about an hour. I went online, they had a great sale and had the obscure supplement that I needed. I placed the order and received an email saying that I'd receive another email once it was ready for pickup. The second email came about an hour later! I went to pick it up and there's a sign on the door saying to call the store and they'd bring the order outside. PS- I am LOVING all of these curbside options that have sprung up during covid! Anything drive thru or curbside pickup for folks with children is ~life saving~. The guy on the phone was chipper and very nice to talk to. He brought my bag out, slipped it through my car window, and off I went! It was a great first impression and I'm glad to know somewhere where I can get my supplements same day, If needed.
