I went to Kauai on a family trip vacay and was looking into getting a tattoo done. I have always had a love for sea turtles and what they mean to me so after researching a bunch of places on the island and reading a ton of reviews, I really loved the work that Kukui Street had done and chose them. I called to see when I could go in and talk with an artist to figure out pricing and placement and in less than 10 minutes after going in, I had a deposit and a tattoo appointment for my grandma and I. Moon was both of our artists and after my grandma keep going back and forth (the day of the appointment‍), she found something she really liked and Moon was able to draw it up on the spot. He was very professional and always kept us laughing which made me reassure myself everything was going to be okay. The only thing I didn't like was that I left with only one tattoo done Overall, definitely the place to get work done.
