We came to try them on and my father Sue was two times too small both shirt, jacket and vest and they tried to say that nobody buttoned the actual suit jacket. My fiancé's suit the pants were too long. The jacket was too long. The shirt did not fit. They had the wrong color tie and the wrong shoes. We were told to come back on Friday as things needed to be reordered.

We took the escalators up to the third floor where you can buy home and kitchen products. My mom and I were trying to figure out how to open the Instant Pot's lid. There was only one cashier ringing up an enormous line but I spotted a sales associate folding bath towels. She tried to help us until Wendy (MyStylist) pointed out that the ones on display were locked. Wow, thank you, Wendy, for being in the right place at the right time! She showed us the remaining three boxes for the 8-quart size but unfortunately, other customers rummaged through those boxes. I am picky about those little details though. Instead, Wendy placed an online order for my mom so Macy's can deliver it to us. My mom was happy about today's successful purchase. Next time, ask for Wendy because I highly recommend her. She provided us with excellent customer service and has great knowledge of Macy's products!
