First off, they take 40% of the settlement when the claim doesn't settle within 30 days - I wonder if there are any cases settled within 30 days. My wife's case settled in March 2026 by the letter I got from the insurance company but until now (Oct 2026) I don't have any updates. I sent (left) email (voice mail) 3 times every week asking for the updates, no replies yet. I am totally ignored - at least that's how I feel. Do you want this level of service? Go ahead and give them your claim case.
