Meet the Business Owner: Michael D.
Michael Dallo, CPA, JD, LL.M., is the founder of Dallo Law Group, a San Diego firm focused on complex IRS and California tax disputes. He represents clients in audits, appeals, collections, litigation, and voluntary disclosures, and advises on international tax and ERC refund matters.
Michael began his tax career with a Fortune 500 company and later worked in the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division in Washington, D.C. He also serves as an adjunct professor of taxation at the University of San Diego and frequently speaks and writes on federal and state tax issues.
Recognized with an AV Preeminent rating and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Michael graduated magna cum laude from USD and earned an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU. He is also a Certified Specialist in Taxation (State Bar of California).
