They're a food truck, so they're moving around all the time. The way I find out where they're going to be is by liking them on Facebook "Yoopers Pasties." They post frequent updates, so there's never any confusion. Their menu is a little limited, but to me that means they're absolute masters of their craft. The pastie selection ranges from "original" (ground beef, potatoes, carrots, onions), "kicking" which is the original with a bit of spice, "lemon pepper" which swaps out the ground beef for lemon pepper chicken, and "veggie" which swaps the meat for mushrooms. As far as choosing which one, it's like those multiple choice questions that say "choose the most correct answer," and that is the kicking Cajun one. They're all delicious, but the kicking Cajun one is definitely my favorite. The crust is fantastic too, homemade and very tender. They also offer salads and desserts, but I haven't tried these yet. It's going to be hard to talk me out of opting for a pastie. And the staff is so wonderful. They make me smile and brighten my day every time I go see them.
