They're smoked first, then fried, so they're nice and crispy. We had 10 hot and 5 each of the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. They were served piping hot, and they were so tasty. My husband went downstairs to see if he had finished and we found the newly applied felt slit open as well as all the felt on all 4 sides of the bumpers. The owner, Kevin Weidemiller then sent a text to my husband stating the job was to hard, I'm sorry, find another installer, good luck. No explanation as to why he destroyed the felt and no answer to my husbands texts. BEWARE. since this happened his Facebook page has disappeared. MAJOR MELT DOWN AT OUR EXPENSE.
