Awesome dentist. I have been going to her since I moved to Santa Rosa three years ago, and she has always been excellent and taking care of my teeth for me. That said, I wanted to post a review, based on the services she and her staff provided me this last week. Last week, when trying to call in, I wasn't able to get through - so I emailed about the fact that my upper tooth had filling completely fall out. Through email the dentist was able to set up the appointment with me Kiara and I was able to keep that appointment this past Monday. At the appointment, even though she wasn't dealing well with the Internet, she gave me amazing service in my fuse with patch in no time. Dr. Lim is an outstanding dentist. She TEACHES dentistry at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, which is evidence of her knowledge of the subject. This office is amazing, they greet you by name when you walk in. All of the staff is wonderful. Justin the hygienist made my teeth cleaning super easy. Krystle is very gentle and takes all the stress out of dental care. She also takes a more patient approach, not pushing you in to doing everything immediately or trying to upsale a bunch of unnecessary products which I really appreciate. I love this dental office, I feel more comfortable here than with any other dentist I have ever been with. They take their time to treat me as well as to explain what is going on with my teeth,what I can expect in the future and how to best practice dental hygiene and how to best take care of my teeth. Ophelia in the front office is great to schedule, understands and explains the dental insurance plan and a very nice person. The hygienist, Justin cleans my teeth better than anyone ever has, gives me ample breaks to adjust my mouth during the cleaning and gets the job done while being gentle. Dr. Lim is great. My wife and I have been going to Krystle Lim since she took over from Dr. Perry and in fact have been going to the same practice when it was owned by Dr. Bromboz in the 1980.s. All excellent dentists but I think Dr. Lim is the most approachable for anyone but I would think especially so for someone who is worried about going to the dentist in general. She is excellent as is her staff. Justin is a great dental technician. Just yesterday I had a small issue with a one week old gum irritation that refused to go away and she took care of it in 10 minutes even though I had no appointment. Dr. Lim is precise, gentle, and communicative. Her syringe technique is perfect, her handpiece skills are awesome- she doesn't have a heavy hand with the drill, which makes this a lot less unpleasant than some other dentists I've visited. She really goes out of her way to explain all your options, too. In search for cosmetic work and this office charges $80 for a consultation. I inquired about possible procedures and so wanted to discuss a price list, which I was denied. There are other professional cosmetic dentists in this area. They actually made it easy for me to exclude them from the list I will be comparing. I know the work will cost thousands, so its totally their loss. Also, the receptionist over the phone was very hard of hearing. I wouldn't waste your time here unless you know for sure you'll get a good reason to start a relationship.
