Side Note: it took less than 5-10 minutes to fill this out; I commend a business that is organized in this area-- quick and straight to the point. The questionnaire they have is a great tool to communicate desired/undesired locations, wants vs. needs, price point, monthly maximum, etc. The following day was our Buyer Consult Meeting. Kelly contacted us to go over the house hunting necessities: FlexMLS setup, a scheduler, etc.. We then signed some papers and watched a quick informative video of the home owner buying process. Kelly made sure we understood everything and made herself available to answer every question and concern we had. We were comfortable moving forward and Boom! Done! On the 25th, we were on the hunt for our first home together. 3/29/23: We found our home!
