the worst place ever! waited almost an hour in drive through today and nobody was inside. I ordered a sackful for my family and they got my order wrong. i paid almost $17 for it. I asked them to make it a combo, the young boy tried to charge me an additional $12 dollars to correct my order. I went inside and they were inside playing. The worst restaurant in Waycross. The past three ( and only three) times I have been, I either ended up as sick as a dog or experienced terrible service. I will not go again. One night, I had a craving for cheap food, and Krystal's was on the way home. I took a chance. After waiting several minutes, I finally got my food. Grave mistake. I should have throw it away once I got it. I was very sick the next few days, and I knew immediately that it was the Krystal's. No food that greasy and cheap can be good for you. The next time I went, it was late, and again, I had a craving. However, I also had to be home at a certain time. I hadn't worried because I gave myself plenty of time, about 30 mins to get my food and leave. I only live about 7 minutes away. Needless to say, I was late getting home. I was inside the store and ordered my meal to go. My ticket said "to go". It took at least 20 minutes for my food to come out, and when it did, it was on a tray spread out. I'm no fast food worker, but I know what "to go" is. I went to fix it with the cashier, but she RUDELY told me that I was wrong and that I should have told her that I wanted it to go. I showed her my ticket, and she reluctantly took my food and threw it in a bag. I was livid. Never in my life have I experienced such rude and careless behavior from employees. You may think that it was because it was so late. However, this is not the case. I have been once since then, during the day, and the service was just as bad. After that day, I have not been since. The food is greasy and cheaply created and prepared, and it is not worth any craving you may have. If you want to experience horrible service and food, this is the place for you. However, if you like to enjoy your food and time, stay away from Krystal's. read more

Attached to an Exxon station but don't hold that against it, it is still more than likely the best restaurant in Waycross.

The overnight staff is always very rude. They act like it's an inconvenience for them when you walk in the door. At the drive trough you always have to ask for napkins or silverware. And my gosh you would think they have to pay for them the way they give them to you. read more

My name is Lawrence I have experienced on a (Multiple) occasions as far as rude managers and rude shift leaders and some rude employees ...I live close by so I've visited a lot once get off it's the only place open to eat...I've gotten home plenty of times and my food was wrong..for a month everytime I came for chili they didn't have it...but besides that this particular Krystal's had a non energetic bunch that do not need to be in customer service in the fast food industry they have obviously not been properly trained or don't really care...who's ever is the owner should really care about the service and let the managers in charge know they should know how to properly treat a customer ...there rude and really do need some better training this Krystal customer service is at 1 out of 10 I will keep on until I get to let the owner in charge who's not getting the customers properly I really don't wanna go back until I speak with someone read more

The manager at Krystal's in Waycross Ga is the best Sherrill Jones. She's always friendly and helpful not to mention we get our food fresh and hot. I always stop at Krystal's when I'm in Town. I love it!! Thanks for the wonderful Customer Service! read more
