I think the last time I stepped inside a McDonalds before this occasion was over two years ago during 4th of July and that was only because there was nothing else open. Needless to say, it is a rare thing whenever I stop at one of these. As it stands, I stopped here on the way home to Tallahassee as I was starving and didn't know how long until more food options came up. That and this happened to be next to a gas station and both were open on Labor Day. That said, went inside and wound up ordering on a kiosk. McDonald's has gotten fancy. Nevertheless, the kiosk went so fast that I wasn't sure the number given for my order was correct or rather that I had remembered it correctly. I wound up speaking to an employee and found out it was. Then within minutes I was brought my nuggets meal to the table. I ate my meal happily and was soon on my way. Now, knowing me, I probably won't step foot in one of these for a long time, but hey, that's okay. McDonald's always comes through when I do indeed need them to! read more

I've never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Today was another great experience. As always, I used the app and saved 25% of my order. We got two bagel meals and an extra sausage bagel. Now that I think about it, we had one of each, bacon steak and sausage. Every sandwich was pretty. I know, weird but look at the picture I attached. Perfectly placed and looked like a menu photograph. They tasted fabulous! Our hash browns were perfectly cooked and came out hot. Unfortunately, there was no orange juice. I was super bummed because I love getting a coffee and oj. Luckily this location is attached to a gas station so I got one there. Besides the oj issue, one star loss, this experience was great! The parking lot was clean, all the ladies working were really nice, and very pretty. We ordered and had our food super fast. Overall a wonderful location that has never let me down. read more

Fast service. Consistently good food. Modern dinning area. Chicken biscuits are just right. Quarter pounders are good too. Sharing a building with Circle K makes for an efficient, quick stop. read more

1am just left mcdonald's, customer service was so bad i could've caused a scene. Someone needs to do something about the older black woman with glasses. she's offaly rude. ended my order without asking was that it (i wasn't done). told me she couldn't fix it and i had to tell her the rest at the window. pulled around waited for like a minute then she walks up and say "what else you want"...i'm 17 . that choice of words and tone angered me. then she left off a item on my order. another horrible experience with her again.. read more

I sat in the drive-thru for 10 min with no answer. I ended up parking and ran inside because I only wanted breakfast with 4 minutes to spare and the signs outside were all being changed. Multiple irate people were found inside stating to " not even bother" . Awful service. Was waiting 15 minutes on a frappe. They made me pull up to a stop sign and I waited there until I finally had enough. I walked in and told them I had been waiting on just a frappe. They said no one had put ice in the machine and still after acknowledging that, ice wasn't put in the machine. Seems easy enough to put ice in a machine and make a frappe. I waited and finally just left because I can't wait there all morning. They have my money and my drink. read more

Terrible terrible!! Don't waste your time! We ended up walking out after waiting on our order 30 min. Manager just stood there along with 3 employees staring in the back waiting on food. Never again! We have tried this one twice passing through but won't make that mistake again! read more

My suggestion is if you are looking for something quick, just drive right own by. Wait time is usually 15 min on a slow day. And even when they are decently paced the order is wrong. Take for example: last Thursday 9/5 my son had football practice at 6pm. I got off work at 5pm picked him up from the babysitter who lives 5 mins from this McDonald's by 5:15. I decided to swing by and hopefully feed him before practice. I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 3 mins, finally I said "hello" to see if I could get a response. The clerk said "I'll be with you in a min". Finally after another 2-3 min, we finally placed our order. There was about 6 cars in front of me when I edged forward so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But at 5:40 when the line had not moved at all I had to turn out of the line. I love that they have a self checkout now. It's very convenient at 5 pm on a Friday. Especially when there are the kids from schools in there or people getting off of work. read more
