Unfortunately I can't give this location a single star but, unfortunately in order to post this I have to give them something. I came to this location on 3.4.25 at 8:15 pm per my receipt, when we pulled in the parking lot was filled with parked in parking spaces but, there was no one in the lobby, there was no one in the drive thru and placed our order and was immediately told to pull around and wait, we weren't asked but, told. We were not informed that there would be a wait of any kind. So we waited for our food which we finally received at 9:03 pm. When the lady approached our vehicle she confirmed that she had the correct vehicle and handed us our food without an apology, a thank you or a single smile and began to walk away, I asked her why were we not thanked or given an apology and all she said is that they were busy. I asked was she the mgr and she replied that she was and I asked for her name and she said no! I asked again and she walked off and gave me the middle finger. When we got home our order was incorrect and cold even though we were less than five mins away. This was extremely unprofessional service and upsetting to me. read more

Let's start by saying i would leave a zero rating if allowed. At around 6 pm on a Friday I went through the drive thru & placed my order. I was asked to pull around to the front they were preparing my order. I waited for appx. 30 minutes & 3 people received their order that came through after me before going inside asking for a refund. Sitting in the drive thru... the driver in front of me got the whole "we on shift change..!" excuse ... and finally they took her order, so she pulled around... sat there for 10 minutes and then had to back out of the drive thru because they weren't moving anyone else through the line... meanwhile I was still waiting, so asked them if they were still open... and low and behold... another shift change.. it's a Christmas miracle! i'm a door dash driver and i'm just wanting to say that if the lobby door is unlocked then you shouldn't tell me i need to wait in line when the order should already be ready to pick up. door dash kept a lot of these businesses open during last summer and they always treat us for dashers as if we either don't exist or aren't worth their time, even after i pulled up to the window i still waited nearly 10 minutes on my customers order. this store specifically is awful and rude and i don't understand why. even in their pick up instructions it says to use the drive thru after 9pm, it's currently 6:32 pm. read more

My husband and I just got through with the Pink Palace Museum, and came here to eat. He had been to Krystal's once before, and couldn't stop raving to me about it since. It was a relatively small establishment, and the dine-in area was kept clean. I don't remember what meal deals we ordered, but we ordered A LOT of food, and honestly, it was so damn good. The fries are perfect in crispness and they're not too skinny, not too thick-just right. The sliders are amazing. I loved how the juice and grease from the burgers kind of saturate the bottom buns (obviously this isn't a health-food establishment) the sliders are simple..you've got the patty, cheese, sliced onions and a little bit of mustard all inside of these soft buns and the combination is just so good. The crispy chicken sliders as well as the chicken nuggets are also very delicious. I'm not entirely sure which part of this meal was the best, because it was all so good. Somethings in life are just guaranteed. If I'm in the South with my Mom, we're going to be eating at a Krystal. Since moving away from Memphis decades ago, its been one of the things she's always looked forward to from her childhood when she returns. And so lunchtime a few weeks ago found me sitting here with her and my aunt, listening to them reminisce about growing up in the area as we munched on our Krystals. The little sliders were OK (I always have to smile and nod around Mom as I'm more a White Castle fan). Two cheese Krystals, a medium fry, and a soda made a good snack/meal at a reasonable cost before heading off to the airport. The dining area was clean and nice with a mix of regular and high-top tables. I wish the service had been a bit better. The cashier charged me for a medium soda when I'd ordered a small (I noticed later) and grumbled when we asked about the order of fries that was missing when we received our food. With an exaggerated sigh she made a bit of a production going back to the register to pull up the transaction to make sure we'd actually ordered 2 fries before actually giving us the 2nd one.
