Worst Krystal on earth. Dirty and parking lot full of trash. They don't clean this place. Also girl with purple hair and nose ring should not have a job dealing with the public. Burgers must have been sitting for hours. Did not tase well. Mine were soaking wet and were not how I ordered them. I guess Mrs Attitude didn't want me to have ketchup. She made us wait forever to take our order with no other customers. read more

After moving back to the area several years ago. I have been to this Krystal on many occasions. I can see why the reviews are so bad. The amount of times they have been out of ingredients is countless. Check your order before leaving as there has been times the order was incorrect. Food quality varies. One day the burger is edible. The next it's a wet mess. Drive thru moves at a decent pace when there's no more than 3 vehicles. Mobile ordering is useless. Even if you paid in advance and select Drive Thru for pick up. They require that you come into the lobby. Two times this has happened. Reached out to corporate about an issue at this location and have yet to receive a response. read more

Krystal - Sackful - They forgot to add cheese. - Burgers Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

The manager that we dealt with last night should be fired for his attitude and behavior towards me and my fiancé. After spending a great amount of time in St. Augustine at a dealership, we did a mobile order on the app and got there, sat in the drive thru for quite some time at the speaker and nobody didn't acknowledge us. So I pulled around to the window. Finally when it was our turn, the guy abruptly opens the window and says their system is down, but my fiancé showed his phone to him and said we had a mobile order. This guy was blatantly rude for no reason whatsoever and then tells us he's the manager. I don't know what his deal was but we just wanted our food so we can get home. When he gives us the bag, my fiancé said "what about our drinks??" He's like your order didn't come with drinks. Yeah.. okay!! Whoever this guy was being a complete A** and shouldn't be working there. We will be in touch with the DM sometime today to file a report. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here if you enjoy being yelled at and poor customer service!! read more

There is something always going on at the location. Either their Co2 is out, ran out of items, or have no soda. The staff is rude as hell, 0% customer service. I went today to grab some breakfast and after seating in the driv-thru for 10 minutes honked my horny just to be told they weren't open, even though their website and google said they were open. Was told rudely "We're not open" repeatedly. I drove up to the window to ask when they would be open and plenty of works say me and said nothing after five minutes I drop off. Will never recommend this location. read more

Krystal - Time and location - Burgers Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

This place is horrible and run by crooks in my opinion. We placed an order that was to be delivered. 20 minutes later they canceled it yet did not refund any of my money. Funny if I'd walked in there and took money out of their cash register they would have me arrested. But stealing money from customers is a okay read more

What even is this place? I can't blame the employees because they were super sweet, but apparently they were out of regular chiks, only had spicy, but when we got them they were basically fish filets in a massive wrapper... I want a Krystal chik, spicy or not, the size of a regular chik in my cardboard sleeve. If I wanted a massive chicken sandwich I'd go to Wendy's. What did I just get?! And also, how you out of regular, non-spicy chicken? I feel like I'm one of 23 people in the US that even eats here... do better . read more

This restaurant is the most inconsistently operated place. I went to the drive-thru and after being asked three times to give them a minute...after ten minutes with no other cars in front of me I got fed up and drove to the Popeyes restaurant across the street. read more

DONT GO ! Save yourself the stress and disappointment. Place has turned into a hole in the wall kinda place that you only see at a Haunted House experience this Restaurant Dungeon was house of Doom the moment i seen the speaker box to TRY and translate a simple( #3 combo with cheese) that's it. That took 4 times repeating very slowly in simple English words. Meanwhile nobody ahead of me I'm waiting at the window for my order 23 minutes , hmm I'm thinking maybe they had to wait for the grill to be warmed up but this is a 24hr business, by the time i get my WET SOGGY DOUBLE CHEESE immediately I'm grossed out by the slop that you can't even pick it up out of the container without falling apart, I then realized these burgers were tossed into the container from across the restaurant as if they get points for longest throw to make it into the bag, (that's gotta be why they were so WET , anyway, save yourself . This restaurant has NO CONCEPT of QUALITY and Customer Service. Skip this place and step up to PB & J , read more

What can I say. I'm a sucker for some Krystals. You might get some cold fries, old fries, or no fries. You are literally rolling the dice when you go. You might get a burger with cheese, no cheese, or no meat. You might get cussed out by an employee. (that's never happened but I wouldn't be surprised). But I'm willing to take that chance every time, lol. But when I get lucky and get some hot fresh fries and hot burgers; yes indeed. Chili cheese fries are kind of good. I give Krystal's a pass that I don't give most places. read more

Open super late. We made a munchies run @ 3am and everything was closed except for Krystals. Maybe it was the beer talking, but my boy said the food was the best thing ever. It was his 2nd time. We don't do fast food often, but since we did--this place hit the spot. My boy loved with his meal of 5 Krystal cheese burgers combo with chili cheese fries & a drink for $7 and some change. The fries are insane. The buns were fluffy and delicious. He was in the kitchen making nom nom sounds as it was all going down. Lol! :) The service here was super duper fast & totally friendly even at three o'clock in the morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for late night snacks with a drive-thru. P.S. If you're from the west coast and not familiar with Krystal burgers--onion, pickle & mustard is standard in a Krystal burger and is perfect as is. My boy added ketchup, but I'll forgive him. P.S.S. Don't ask them to change the "standard" because they will never get it right and not really necessary. Trust me. Overall, I'm a Krystals expert from my college days and have never had a bad experience. Next time, I'll get my sack of Krystal chicks (tasty little chicken sandwiches), but this time it was all about the beef. :) read more

Trash! The customer service was terrible. The young lady "host 3" practically barked at me through the speaker. She clearly likes the sound of her voice. Then I watched the employees scrape the onions and pickles of my order. I guess it inconvenience the cook to much to make something someone orders and pays for. I would be ashamed of this location if I was the owner. Unfortunately, this is the second terrible experience at this location so it's going to be a hard pass for me in the future. I wish I didn't have to give a star. read more

Literally sent my boyfriend to get me two breakfast biscuits And he told me he did tell them that two different times and even corrected the order at the window just to come back with two soggy sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese in the bread they use for their regular sandwiche... He was with his mother as well and she's currently injured so he didn't wanna have to loop around and wait in the line and figured I can just eat the tots and make something at home , I was really looking forward to eating that and now my appetite is ruined so get it together man... Sincerely, A very hangry woman read more

Twice now they have shorted me on food. This last time I bought 6 pups to find only 5 in the bag when I got home. Ordered online and selected drive-thru pickup. Girl tried to make me come into the lobby to get food. I refused. I had already been waiting in line and I wasn't dressed for an in store appearance. read more

They always got some excuse to get you to not wanna wait or order at all. Worst location in Jacksonville.

How is this location even still in business!?! We have came to this location several times and get turned around because they're "closed" well before their closing time. Came through tonight and the whole staff was in the parking lot on what appeared to be a smoke break. One of the guys waved us off in what I will take as "we're done". Other cars came behind me and were done the same way. Just close down already and save us all the trouble of even trying to drive through! I despise McDonald's but at least they take my order before they disappoint me. Can Ronald McDonald appear at this Krystal's cause they're the real clowns! read more

I'm not sure how I never knew about these spicy wings but now that I do, I need to pace myself! I've seen Krystal's before but never been interested in trying anything. My mom stopped to pick up a snack for me and got the wings. They are amazing!! The location is rather disorganized. The staff was more interested in gossip than customer service although when you got their attention, they were friendly. I'm not much of a fast food burger joint kinda girl so I can't say I'll be back anytime soon. But, if I want something tasty with some heat, these wings will come to mind! read more

Special attention should be made to customers during the morning hours (5-8am) in the drive thru. Most people are headed to work and pressed for time. Not that it's your responsibility to make sure people are on time for work. But it should be your responsibility,as a fast food restaurant, to assure your customers are served with fast and good service. I ordered a bacon scrambler with extra bacon and a coke. Waited for the 4 cars in front of me. Get to the window and paid. He closed the window and came back about 2 mins later and handed me a bag. No thank you or have a nice day. Then closes the window. I waited another minute or so and he opens the window and just looks at me. I said "did you forget my Coke?" He said excuse me. I repeated myself and he prepared a coke and handed it to me. I left and went to work only to find my scrambler bowl full of only eggs and bacon. The bacon was excellent!!! (I love me some bacon) But I love my grits too!!!! WTH????? Not a good start!!! I don't know if I received somebody else's order or not. What I do know is that I won't be visiting this morning crew for a while. I'll give them time to get it together. I just want and expect what I ordered. read more

Placed a $25 order so 2 people could eat 1 whole half the order is completely wrong so only one person as to eat all the food for 2 people. Next day update: Man is meant contacted me on Yelp but I have no way to message them back directly. I did finally get through to the store last night and they were supposed to leave my name to replace my order but after waiting 10 or 15 minutes for someone to even come to the counter their advised me that I now had wasted my 5 miles because no one put anything on any board. At this point I still am hungry from last night hahaha not a joke. read more

Not only does the drive through cashier not wear a mask, you are liable to not get everything you paid for. This Krystal location takes an incredibly long time to get through drive through and then does not give you your complete order. When attempting to call back to the store, they don't answer the phone. If there was a way to put them on a black list, I would. This is the worse place in terms of customer service and food delivery. And then they are serving food through the drive through without a mask. read more

I placed an order through Uber Eats, but had missing my items. I went through all the channels and received a partial refund. I then placed another order for the items I didn't receive. When I got the second order, I saw items I hadn't ordered. I realized that what I was given with the second order was the actual food I was missing from the first order. Everything was ice cold! Instead of treating my second order like the new one it was, I was given old food. Absolutely disgusting! I will never order food from this location again. Honestly, it needs to be shut down. read more

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, SPARE YOURSELF AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. MANAGER YELLED AT US , TOLD US BECAUSE OUR ORDER WAS WRONG WE WERE WASTING TOO MUCH FOOD. We then proceeded to wait 20min for the correction with one other table in the dinning room. We then asked for a reorder for our all you can eat order and she told another employee that we were going to be there all night and she had stuff to do. So unprofessional , it was unbelievable, we then proceeded to walk out after refusing to wait the for the other order to come. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. I understand it's not some high priced resteraunt and errors happen occasionally. Well not here, they happen EVERYTIME. Today was the last time I will ever waste my time and money going there and usually driving back to get the food I actually ordered and paid for, but with a screaming 5 month old that wasn't an option today. Not even kidding when I say EVERYTIME they get my ENTIRE order incorrect but not only that, when I present them with my receipt and all the food they gave me that I didn't order they argue with me about it. That's completely unprofessional and just adds to the reason why I'll never go there again.
