My experience with Krupps Upholstery has been amazing. very personable, knowledgeable and professional. But most of all reliable. Mario and Ceaser have been great to work with. They did a beautiful job on my vintage couch. The value to recover my solid framed vintage couch was well worth the investment. I get so many compliments on it. I love it!!! The compliments and the couch :) Thanks guys a customer forever! read more

I had been going to Krupp's Upholstery for years. They helped me through 3 or 4 vintage homes. I moved about 45 minutes away several years ago. I haven't been able to find a good, reasonable shop in my area so I'm driving the 45 minutes and it's well worth it. I just picked up my newly upholstered bench, and I love it! Oscar and his staff are excellent. read more

No job too small. Thanks for an amazing job on creating a small leather pillow for our bench.

WOW! This was such an unexpectedly great experience. I needed my couch cushion foam replaced, and not only did they do a fabulous job, but because I needed the cushions right back to use in my office as a therapist, they finished the job in two hours after I brought it to them in the morning. They were SO friendly. Wonderful family business. So happy to support a small business with such kind people. read more

I honestly couldn't wait to write this review - Cesar literally just delivered my new cushions for our breakfast nook, and I am absolutely thrilled! From start to finish, this upholstery business exceeded every expectation. Their customer service was amazing - friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions. The quality of their work is outstanding - the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, the fabrics - everything looks and feels perfect. It completely transformed our space and I can't stop admiring it! I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're considering reupholstering or getting custom cushions made, do it - you won't regret it. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects! read more

I called one morning and asked about reupholstering my dining chairs. They asked me to bring a chair in to their shop. I did bring a chair and I found an amazing team of upholsterers!! They had some fabrics that were perfect for my chairs and they gave me an estimate that was significantly less expensive than the other places I had contacted. I brought all my chairs back, agreed to their terms, and my chairs were done in 2 days. And they were beautiful!! Thank you, Krupps Upholstery!! I already recommended you to my friends and will continue to do so! read more

We have recently reupholstered six dining chairs with their recommended fabric. We needed it to be crisp, neat, and pet tolerant/resistant. Krupp's team listened to our needs and did the job exceptionally well. We went back to reupholster an old Stickly sattee. Both jobs were done very well by Krupps. They have a wide selection of fabrics to choose on. Their timeline for the jobs are accurate and the work is done very professionally. We are very happy with Krupp's and I am happy that I found this business. read more

Great worksmanship and experience overall. We had eight dining chairs reupholstered and Cesar was a pleasure to work with. We were looking to match the existing material and managed to find a good match in their extensive and well-organized collection of samples. Communication was top notch. The finished results were great, including the piping detail and adding some filling to make it as good as new. We're highly satisfied customers and would definitely go back to them for future work. read more

My husband & I consider it a lucky day when we stopped at Krupp's Upholstery as we had a pair of special chairs... two (2) cherished solid oak 30 yr old mission-style chairs ("thrones" I called them). Still in great shape but w/broken down cushions, well-worn fabric, dull finish to the oak frame, they showed their age, and we needed somebody special to refurbish them. We found him. We brought one chair with us, and as we talked with the owner Mario, we realized he cared about & was fully committed to skilled, quality upholstery. Have you seen his stellar reviews??? His vibe was good, he was easy to talk with, and we saw he is a people person who takes pride in his work. We bartered the second chair for part of his price, happy he got it. About my chair: I found a perfect geometric fabric I loved. We discussed the cushions and their style change, & reasonable pricing. Then the day came, Mario's call. We went to pick up my chair! When we saw it, the magic was back, it looked like new again! The cushions were thick and comfy, and now reversible, thank you Mario. When I sat on it, I was very happy at what a comfortable & stylish difference, feelin' lucky. Mario even renewed the clear finish on the oak frame, now whole chair had regained its "throne" status. Lovely! p.s. Turns out I don't know how to attach photos here. I'm sorry. Thank you, Mario for beautifully making my favorite chair "throne"" over. Dee Dee & Mike KLUS read more

They do fantastic work. Lots of options and the owner is very knowledgeable. They completely overhauled my sectional and turned it from a sad saggy mess to a showpiece. Pricing is very fair and online with other quality work. They make great pillows too. If you aren't in a rush, the outcome is well worth the wait. Highly recommended. read more

I have used this company twice and been very happy with the results! First was to recover 7 dining room chairs with fabric I provided. I didn't realize the first time that they also sell fabric themselves. The second time was to recover a fake leather ottoman. They suggested using a vital instead of replacing the fake leather. He guaranteed it would last longer and look better. We put our feet on this ottoman every night and it still looks new after a year. Highly recommend this company!! read more

Was recommended by a colleague to Krupp's, as my boss needed to reupholster (8) chairs, and might I add, with a 1-week deadline. I didn't think this was possible, but I did my due diligence and called Krupp's. Spoke with the owner, Mario and he was AWESOME to work with. I had the chairs dropped off on a Wednesday, and he had it ready the following Thursday. From start to finish, he was very responsive (better by phone than email, but that was bc he was having internet issues) and worked fast. Although he had a 1-week deadline, Mario called to confirm a few things that he thought we should know as a client, and although we approved to process, it was really professional of him to do so. I would HIGHLY recommend Krupp's. I have never used any other upholstering company, but Mario and his team did an awesome job. We are very happy with is work. read more

My wife bought a new lift chair and a piece on the bottom was not padded enough. This was a very small job and was concerned that no one would be interested. Brought the piece to Krupp's and based on their reviews I shouldn't have been surprised. Cesar was terrific! He made recommendations, was super friendly and was happy to help us. He was professional and personable. The piece was fixed in ONE day and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks Krupp's and Cesar for doing a GREAT job!! read more

Tried this place a few years back and was very pleased with both the quality and the service. We had wimpy sofa cushions made firm. The product they used is still outstanding years later. The other day I needed dining room chair cushions replaced due to them breaking at the wooden support bars and I had the privilege of meeting the new owner Mario! His enthusiastic greeting alone put me at ease that the former owner retired. Then his attitude of service even surpassed his predecessor!! I'm so thankful that a good friend recommended Krupp's Upholstery to me years ago. Would strongly recommend and will absolutely return. Thank you Mario read more

I came to Krupp's after my parents told me about the great experiences they've had. I agree -- Krupp's did a fantastic job with reupholstering some dining room chairs. The chairs look fantastic -- they clearly have great attention to detail and take a lot of care with their items. They also were kind enough to offer to pick up and drop-off the items despite the fact that I live all the way in SF. Nice people who do a great job. Can't recommend highly enough. read more

This was my first experience having cushions (outdoor) remade and new pillows to match. Cesar was super helpful and I choose Sunbrella fabrics from a book they had. They did a fantastic job remaking my crappy quality cushions into things of beauty. They made sure they were even better made and usable from both sides. They also made me new accent pillows and filled them with a terrific outdoor/ synthetic down that has support and feels great. Most of all, they did gorgeous work and start to finish I had it all back in under a month. My husband said we could never buy pre-made cushions with such beautiful quality. Mario is also kind and they are a lovely family. I hope to bring them more things! This small business is a gem! read more
