All they did is send me back a generic rejection letter with absolutely no explanation of why they wouldn't consider getting more information. Attorneys just don't care because if they did they would give a person the reason why they rejected them so they can learn from it for the next attorney they approach with their possible case. Attorneys only care if it's an easy case so their profit margin is higher, at least that's the only conclusion I can come to since not one attorney has given me a reason why they rejected me. Below is the "Failure to Diagnose" information that led to my wife's death I sent them and you people can be the judge and they're might even be people with a similar situation so they'll know ahead of time. My wife had a 5 month history of different infections and went into Banner Thunderbird hospital with CRP and Sed Rate extremely high which either another infection can cause that or things not related to an infection. The only early tests on my wife was a blood culture, tissue biopsy and bone biopsy which were negative but the infectious disease doctor was only "guessing" that it was the previous infection she had and didn't consider any other possibilities and just kept her on broad spectrum antibiotics. In 22 days they never found anything until it was too late and she died from septic shock. If that's not "failure to diagnose" then I don't know what is since Arizona recognizes "Failure to Diagnose" in a malpractice suit. With the infectious disease doctor going only after one theory shows not just failure to diagnose but negligence for not pursuing all avenues of why her health kept deteriorating for 22 days until the day she died

And Please, do not have Griffin email me or contact me in any way! In a Michael Douglas movie, Douglas's attorney said 'it's a game to them'! I hired Att. Tom Griffin because of a utility company. In arbitration the co. said 'we had the job listed under another grade'. Mr. Griffin said 'I didn't know that'. Griffin had all the info so he knew about it. Griffin kept saying the $20k was a lot of money. I told him, it's NOT! Later he agreed with me, but he got his thousands of dollars & he's not giving it back to me! Looking back, I should have demanded that the company attorneys be in the same room with us! I should have stopped the arbitration, but Griffin never gave it as an option, and I was emotional and couldn't think to stop it. He wants it fast and with no bumps along the way. Afterwards, I asked him about the other company issue with the contract company (associated with the utility co) & suddenly its 'I don't do litigation'. Went home & looked on Att. co web site & his bio didn't say litigation. So, the next time we spoke, he says 'I do litigation' but now he wouldn't continue with my next case. Griffin says whatever convenient to him! I say 'Griffin is a smart man, but what a waist as a peoples attorney'. He finalizes as many cases in one day as possible. He won't fight for you (your lucky if he likes you) and it appears to me that this is financial favor for companies. While we, the small people suffer, and can't get a job. Just another attorney that has put a nail in my coffin! 'it's a game to them'! Fighting for your truth to be heard and never giving up, has its drawbacks... you end up poor!

Matt Fendon Law Group aggressively fought for my rights as an injured employee. Not only did Megan Bornmann, my case attorney, fight for my rights, she was always willing to explain everything in layman's terms. I have a lot of experience with criminal law, but Worker's Comp laws are very complicated. Matt Fendon really cares about his clients. He even called me personally. Don't let the State intimidate you. I tried to be work with the State, but they made it clear they weren't there to help me. They were only interested in not having to pay for my injuries. I have recommended The Matt Fendon Law Group to others. It's a shame you must have an attorney to receive your total benefits when you are injured at work. My former Worker's Comp Attorney asked me to lie, and I fired him. I thank GOD for finding Matt Fendon Law Group. They have always been above the board. They have restored my faith in attorneys.

Never have I ever had to leave a 1 star for any company in my entire life, but I would highly…read morecaution anyone from working with Hilltop, specifically Cy Hainey. I reached out to the firm, back in April, and my case was accepted. Cy assured me we would have weekly 15min meetings until the case was complete, no more than 30-60 days. In the seven weeks (yes, a month and a half) Cy was late to one meeting by over 30mins, and completely ghosted the next three. Every single meeting, I had to eventually email or call the office to inform that I had been forgotten. This happened literally EVERY SCHEDULED meeting we had, outside of the first. When I would finally get home on the phone, he would say "Wait, what was your case about again?" Once I reminded him which one of his clients I was and what my case was about, he would schedule another "follow up" about a week out- forget me and my appointment again, and the cycle would repeat. I eventually got concerned because I expressed to Cy that I am in the first time home buyer program and needed the credit situation resolved by late summer, to which he agreed was very possible to be done by June (again, this was in April) so I emailed the team professionally to voice my concerns. I expressed that I really wanted to work with the team, I was just confused on the non-communication and requested that on my next follow up, Cy actually bring some progressive information to the table, as we had been going in the same cycle for weeks. The one sentence response I received to my well thought out and professional email was: "I've decided not to move forward with your case". After two months of me being told, "next week I'll have a follow up for you" or, "my legal team is looking over everything and will have an update soon" and when the meeting is missed and I have to call the office to get Cy, I'm met with a "wait, who are you? What was case about again?" It seems that Cy Hainey, Hilltop Law Firm, or both, bite off more than they can chew. Or, they simply do not care about their clients- at all. Cy Hainey could not remember my name or case, after two months Cy Hainey of Hilltop Law Firm completely strung me along, wasted my time and was dishonest with me about my case, for months. Cy Hainey randomly drops me as a client via 1 sentence, after my professional follow up and concern. (I can post proof of every email correspondence, from first to last) Cy Hainey does not know the difference between his clients, his cases, or his appointments he will set with you over the phone but never actually put into Calendly. Beware of Cy Hainey and Hilltop Law Firm at any and all
