Erik at the customer service area was very helpful and attentive. Since we are coming to South Bend so much we got the Martins advantage card. They have a great app also that gives you all the specials and advantages. Since I have retired , I have done most of the shopping and know the pricing of items we usually buy. Martins is low low low compared to the other stores. If you have never been to a Martins , give it a try. Oh yes, they have a robot that goes up and down the isles, scanning on quantity and directly sends the information to the office for re stocking( see pic ).

First time some thug walking out with his arms full of beer and liquor. Second time two carts full of groceries and toys. Just walking right out like it's what they were supposed to do. It's probably why Walmart had to close. Theft. Meijer is now dirtier than it used to be. It's never stocked well. The produce department is sub par. And there's just loud and obnoxious people all over. I will say that the lady that is in charge of self check out is great. The people at the deli counter are nice as well.

Additionally there was a Hungarian bakery vendor that had wonderful items to taste, they were very traditional and delicious. If I had to give any feedback as a consumer to the owners, it would be to invest in better parking, signage and updating of your building.
