Stopped in on the way yo the beach to oucj up a few goodies. This store is well stocked so bright and neat. I love the digital drink fridges. The hot food in the deli was amazing. I got a wing dinner, and the chicken was hit seasoned well and crispy.

I really like this Kroger. It's one of those super Kroger's (that what I call them) like the one in Rincon, with clothes and housewares along with the regular grocery items. I think this location has a great selection of organic and natural foods (fresh and packaged), way more than the one closer to my house. They have a huge deli And beer and wine section. I find they keep the aisle clear which makes shopping easier than when they are stocking food during peak shopping times like I see in so many stores now. They don't have a lot of lines open for someone to ring your groceries up for you. And the self checkout lanes don't have that extra shelf like mine do, so I always purchase too much to ring my own stuff up. They also have a great selection of gourmet cheese and tons of frozen food. I have never used the pharmacy or had an issue to need management. I have found the staff nice and plentiful. The carts are really great at this location!

Starbucks and Kroger... during Covid times... this is a rare outing. So to be able to get an essential job done and over a cup of coffee is a win WIN!!! Kroger was CDC compliant and masks were being worn by all. Hand sanitizer and cleaning sheets were available at the front door. Starbucks was awesome!!! A nice warm pikes while shopping hit the spot!!! Happy to discover this location in Savannah. I'm sure I'll stop in again for another cup of coffee!!!

Great great great location! The store itself is fine nothing to really "complain" about but let me tell you the nitty gritty. The store itself is large but the home goods section is VERY small sadly. I think Kroger and Fred Meyers always have a great home selection and was really disappointed when I saw the amount they carried here. The store itself has a great layout and flow to it. Everything is easy to find and they have a fairly decent selection of groceries. The gritty, the bathrooms are pretty gross.. could have been the day I was there but it was just in a big need of a cleaning. What I didn't like was it's a unisex bathroom to make everyone feel comfortable and single stalls. Over all I would for sure come back to this location but only if I was in need of groceries not home goods etc. also there is a Starbucks so woo!

No lemons. None. Yogurt? See the empty shelves. I've been in Third World markets that were better stocked. This store sucks.

This kroger is better than the downtown locations but something still irks me about it. Maybe I just hate kroger.

In recent months, the atmosphere at the Kroger pharmacy inside this Gwinnett store has shifted…read morenoticeably. There's a clear "them vs the customers" tone now, where it feels like your presence at the counter is more of an inconvenience than anything else. The manager is at the center of it. Her tone is consistently rude and dismissive, she interrupts people mid-sentence, and she talks down to customers in a way that feels intentional. The other day I watched her belittle a young woman, and it was genuinely upsetting. It wasn't a stressful moment or a misunderstanding. It was mean, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional. While this doesn't apply to every employee, there are enough staff members who appear disengaged that it impacts the entire environment and it clearly starts with the manager. The staff gives inconsistent information, they lack urgency, and spend more time talking to each other or idling than assisting customers. It creates an overall impression of a team that is not aligned or fully invested. This wasn't a busy day or a short-staffed situation. It feels like a culture problem that's become more obvious over time. If anyone from Kroger's corporate or district team saw what customers experience here, I can't imagine they'd consider it acceptable.
