I went straight to the makeup section and then grabbed some snacks. It's definitely an outdated Walgreens, but it did the trick. The one employee I interacted with was really nice, I wish I would have gotten her name. I'm sure it fulfills its purpose for the neighborhood.

Making you have to take the slow elevator with other people since there was no other way to get up or down the stairs. My first visit here I had made my selections and headed towards the self checkouts. I kid you not, when I got to them, they actively started to shut them down. My doctor's office called and she hung up on them twice. She was very rude to both of us. Uncalled for behavior! I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. I have been a long time customer (dealing with their bad customer service) but will be pulling all my prescriptions and business from CVS immediately. All other reviews on this location are spot on!

Not many people in the store, I sat in a chair, right by the pharmacy for 20 minutes. This has always been a poorly run CVS that just seems to work on a routine of low motivation and no care of basic customer service. This is clearly a management issue and the current one needs to either be seriously retrained or replaced. I ended up leaving in frustration and to prevent me from chewing someone out. The last thing I need is a person sticking a needle in my arm after criticizing them. If you look at the average two star rating, you can see the consistency in how poorly this location is managed. Don't bother wasting your time here. There also have a problem with transients hanging around, living in the bathrooms, and bothering people while also casing their cars.

I was in the Downtown area for the US Olympic Marathon Team Trials and the Publix Atlanta Marathon,…read moreso this location was very convenient. It was also located right next to the Five Points MARTA station, so I was able to buy some drinks before hopping on the rail to head back to my hotel. Their prices weren't the best, but quite okay for the convenience. It was also really nice to be able to use one of the self-checkout kiosks to quickly pay for a few items and be on my way. However one drawback with this location was that there were a lot of aggressive homeless people loitering outside, so mind your surroundings.
