Holly in customer service was rude. She pleasantly said Good Morning, but then I asked to return a box of pizza rolls I purchased the night before because they were already bad. Her face had a look of bewilderment and disgust as if it was the strangest request she ever heard. Kroger - do you notice a trend in this store? 5, 6, 7 years ago your ratings were 4 and 5 stars - today you are good to getting 2 & 3 stars. Personally I hate shopping at this location. Sales are confusing (is it Digital, store special or what?) and forget about getting assistance. Your staff is as confused as I am. Grocery shopping should not be this difficult and confusing. Even your Digital items are confusing - is it 5 visits or 5 times? Signage is also confusing. When asking an employee to explain you receive varied responses. I don't think it is necessarily the employees - it has to be lack of training. On a positive note, Kroger has great products, deli, produce, bakery, wine etc. God help you if you need assistance. Bottom line, every time I shop there I swear I'll never return. It takes months for me to try again only to declare I'll never return again. Seems like a reoccurring problem. Everyone was nice but the bakery employees. My son and I stood at the counter for five minutes with no assistance offered. My son went back at the end of our shopping trip, and had to ask for help. Service was then provided, but not politely. You work in a service-oriented role, so take care of customers when they are standing at the counter. Not happy with them today. read more

Their pharmacy is horrible I drop my meds off because I have strep was told 30 mins returned in 30 mins was told it would be another 30 mins ... I asked if I could at least get the Z pack since I had to return to work and the ... manager shrug and said welp it's going to be another 30 mins we busy. I asked for my scripts since they had not started making them ... I also requested they be more accurate in giving times since I walked in there knowing CVS had a wait time of 15 Mins and I only have an hour lunch .... sorry very poor service Kroger If you know "you busy" then tell the customer that ... specially when I mentioned I only had lunch till 1 and two of your employees confirmed it would ONLY BE 30 MINUTES ... very disappointed and now I have to wait to get my meds till after work read more

I've been loyal to Kroger since I worked for them in high school. Recently I ordered delivery and Instacart has gouged me $144 for groceries I didn't order and still charged me $50 for my order and it was wrong and incomplete as well. Neither Kroger nor Instacart will do anything about it eventhough I have evidence. They both said to contact the other for assistance. I guess long-time loyalty really don't mean much to their bottom line of profits. I will never use anyone connected with Instacart again and Kroger Pasadena TX is losing a lifetime customer. read more

Love going to Kroger's because they always sell what I need however I sadly experienced customers standing in line in front of me being treated differently and the elderly lady on the self check out and the district manager in charge named Mark were being so rude and mean to the customers and refused to show the policy of why they didn't want to sell those customers what they were trying to purchase. Very horrible experience, every time I go the employees ignore you when you need help at the self checkout, they help you until they feel like they feel like it. There is three or more women employees that look like they never want to be working. That's the faces you see as soon as you walk in this Kroger. I got disrespected by the manager for going 10 min before closing and was getting kicked out. They have a horrible closing team, never go after 5p because that's when the disrespectful workers start working. They don't want to help you at all!! Kroger keeps giving worse and worse customer service, last time I had a very racist women employee leaving me last to help because of my color. Kroger has always been my go-to grocery store. They always have everything I need with friendly cashiers and helpful employees.

Recently we attempted to use Kroger's delivery service provided on the Kroger's website to have groceries delivered we did not receive all of the items we purchased and when we contacted the store to see about getting these items or getting our money back the store refused to help us they just kept our money I would think this would be considered stealing. I do not recommend using Kroger's delivery service in fact I do not recommend Kroger's. read more

This Kroger is the best in Pasadena, along with their Gas Station. Everyone is always so friendly and attentive.

Always clean and for the most part stocked well with weekly sales. If they have sales on ground beef or ground chuck, they sell out fast. Get a raincheck when that happens. Customer Service will check on the price and write you one to redeem at the same price later. read more

Came here very early to get my shopping done early. I had about half a cart filled and I was in a regular line, as I did go over the 15 items. A nice man came and asked me and my daughter if we were ready to check out and I said yes. He directed me to UScan. Anyone who knows me well knows I DON'T do Uscan unless I have not other choice. I asked if he was a manager, he said yes, as I looked at his name tag and it said Daniel, Manger. I told him I'd rather stay in the normal line as I have issues with with UScan every time I use it and with my back issues and pain, I didn't feel like doing this. He said, no worries, I'll have someone scan it for you. Linda was the lady running the UScan area and she scanned everything. I've seen her in the store many times and she is always nice. Always says hello and have a good day or thank you. (She should get a raise for this!! LOL) . One of the times that Kroger has gone above and beyond for me when I shop. Thank you Daniel and Linda for making my day so much easier and better! read more

The produce sucks the dairy case is never filled grocery carts all over the parking lot get up to the cashier 5or6 people standing in line and no one else around been coming in here about 20 years every sunday morning and it gets worse all of the time done with Krogers read more

We shop there at least once a week and if we did not acknowledge the efforts of Jo Ann , Steward and James at check out we would neglegent. They always friendly and efficient. When we see them working we know we are in good hands from beginning to end. They seem to like doing their jobs as best they can. read more

I have lived near this Kroger for 50 years. I have been a loyal customer for 32 or more of those years. tonight I had a checker (Javier) tell me to use the self checkout and I responded that I do not use the self check out. he replied "Then wait" in a very rude manner with the manager standing not 10 feet away listening. and said nothing to the checker. I hate to admit it especially to my wife but I guess I am doing my shopping at the dreaded Walmart from now on. Adios to Javier and Kroger. read more

I have been shopping at this Kroger store for the 28 years that I have lived in this area. I thought Kroger had the best meat department in the area, but things have changed. Now this Kroger store only sales the select grade of beef, no more choice or prime grade beef. I suppose the change was a management decision made based on sales and demographics. I believe management failed to consider is the fact the new store down the street is able to sale choice and prime grade of beef and a lot of it. What is the difference? lets start when you enter the store, the other store has shopping carts at the entrance of the store, not in the parking lot, and they are in good condition. The other store has a well stocked produce department, not empty spots where the product on your shopping list should be. And the meat department at the other store looks clean and smells clean, not the case at this Kroger, walk up to the meat case and give it the smell test for yourself. I'm sorry if this offends anyone but this is the facts as I see them, and smell them. I hope this Kroger store can return to the quality of store it was at one time. read more
