    We will NEVER order from Walmart delivery again. We will do so from HEB or Krogers!!! Why you may ask. This is not the first time that our food is stated as being delivered and we did not get it. We live in a senior apartment setting with LARGE apartment numbers. How can you leave the order at the wrong apartment is beyond me. When we call Walmart to cancel the order they said it would take over a week to refund the money. This is unacceptable customer service. The right thing is to apologize and send out the correct order IMMEDIATELY while you investigate the reason why. I hope WALMART reads this post. DONE, DONE, DONE!!!!

    If I could give it no stars I totally would. I'm all for remolding but the fact you can't even go in some areas because you have them blocked off with nothing but crates.

    I came looking for some charcoal for this weekend and for a super Walmart as clean as it can be. However, what I needed was easy to get to however, I ran into a situation. The charcoal that I needed which is on sale I couldn't get because their system Walmart did not not have it set yet. Also I came across a shelf of charcoal with a sign above it and no other signs around that said another brand (well known) was $1.97. The front end manager was very accommodating and she had to get the manager on duty. A young nice looking intelligent man walked up and the best he could do was sell me 1 bag at $1.97 but not homer the ad price of the other charcoal. ( FYI. I had my basket loaded up with 3 $1.97 but I would take one Jd he would honor the ad. He couldn't but that's ok. I understood the power he really wheeled. For the front end manager and the MOD 2 stars.

    This is ridiculous.. I don't want to shop somewhere that has trash thrown around all outside. Clean your property. If not for the sake of your customers, at least for the presentation of you establishment.

    Took me over 5 attempts to get on the phone with someone. Then I've been transferred to the photo department to only be on hold over 35 minutes. This is horrible customer service, about the worst especially during the holidays. I only wanted the status on my Christmas photo cards, it's been over a week and I haven't received an email and nothing but an order number on the website. If I could leave no stars I would.

    Dirty, 40 registers and only 1-2 open. They want me to spend my money there and then want me to check myself out. I don't shop there at all.

Lol We went straight to the pharmacy and there was this older lady getting her prescription filled and one of the pharmacist was helping her around the store. Yeah she was struggling and confused, but guess what- not anymore because of the nice lady- she told me she'd be with us in a moment, but we were had an appointment & there were plently of other's there to help us. (Do yo thang!) Soo, my kid's pediatrician office was slammed because back to school appointments and we had to go to them for vaccines since it was out of stock. Walgreens had them in stock, only problem was you needed a prescription for thoose? Well, they sent me over without one (just an IOU-type paper which was useless because no doctor signed it) but they were able to get it verbally and the paper faxed over ASAP. They refuse to issue vaccines without it, they needed that paperwork! I respect that. We waited about 20 minutes.- In the meantime they updated my information and i didn't even know we still had a walgreens account. Which was super cool because it made it go quicker. So when they DID get that sent over it was no wait. Bam, we were out! The store was very clean and had alot to offer or maybe I've been too use to small, under stock pharmacies. It had a few people inside, which I felt was a good sign. (I don't like crowds, but I hate super empty stores because that means nobody's around when you need them!)

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO DO THIS TO THE ELDERLY!! A while…read moreback, my 82 year old mother in law's Dr. gave her a script for a walker w/seat and brakes. We dropped that script off to Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy Pasadena, TX on 3/31/17. It is now 6/21/17 and I still do not have a walker. Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy 713-740-9033 immediately placed the blame on CIGNA HealthSpring. CIGNA HEALTHSPRING (7707792755) has immediately placed the blame on Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy. At one point, the pharmacy handed us the script and told us to go somewhere else. Both parties attempt to explain what the other is doing wrong... it does not matter, they each need to do their respective jobs and talk to each other. At least 4 times now, a Cigna Health Spring representative has called Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy. All to no avail. It would be easier for us to just go buy a walker for my mother-in-law, but she knows she has insurance and wants to use it. How many other people out there are being taken advantage of? Is it this hard for all elderly people to get needed equipment? We are not asking for anything free. Simply a walker and our amount of co-payment. However, Cigna Healthspring and Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy can't seem to get it together. We have spoke to a minimum of 7 different Cigna representatives and Kelly from Strawberry FDP without any resolution. "They will call when they hear something from higher up." We are furious. Not only for my mother in law, but for every other elderly person who may not have someone to speak on their behalf. This is a horrible flaw in the system. Strawberry Family Drug and Pharmacy billed Cigna Healthspring and the bill was being processed, however Cigna was unaware that we did not have a walker. People are billing; people are paying. No one is actually providing any services and old folks still don't have their walkers.
