Nothing good to say about the pharmacy.they tell you prescriptions are ready when they are not,slowest kroger out of three we use,after waiting in drive through for prescriptions that are supposed to be ready they have the nerve to send you to the back through the drive thru again. Made a pick up order of 6 things for pick up today. Made it this morning the earliest time I could get was 4pm. I get there and they tell me come back tomorrow or cancel my order. I asked them to cancel my order l will just do it myself. Go in. ALL the carts are outside no longer inside. The store was a mess, things knocked down, etc. looks like a third world country in there. I already left a review before based on the poor quality of their produce, fruit, and meat. This was a trip for regular stuff like water bottles, paper towels, etc. this kroger is just only getting worse & worse. Awful. Also they wanted $15 for the most basic tooth brush you can get. I'm a mom of three special needs kids. So, I rely on pickup, because it makes things easier for me. I was scheduled to pick up my order today at 2 pm. I received the notification that the order was ready. Well, I pulled up at 2 pm in the designated area. After about ten minutes, nobody had shown up to bring my order. So, I walked into the store for assistance. I was told that my order wasn't ready, and they would need another hour. I immediately asked for a manager. I waited for ten minutes, and no one showed up. I decided to ask one of the associates to point me to the manager. He then starts telling me that two of his employees didn't show up. What does that have to with me????? I have three special needs children that by law, I have to be there to get off the bus. I've been waiting almost 40 minutes for my order. The pharmacy here is dreadful! They don't have your medication ready when they say they will. It took 3 days to fill a simple script because each person said something completely different as to why the medication was not filled. if you are ill and really need your medication asap, you might be better off going elsewhere. read more

After visiting the meat section I realized that they were selling chuck meat as steaks for tomahawk Tbone prices. Over half of the fresh vegetables were bad or going bad. This place is a disaster wrapped in a shiny bow. I purchased items to make a salad. the cucumbers looked felt good but when I cut them, rotted on the inside. Beef tasted off not spoiled but did not taste right. I can't shop here and continue to waste my money on inferior products priced like they are wrapped in 24k gold. Shop around and avoid this over priced walmart quality food. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who looks to have their medicine same day. They will tell you one thing and do another. I had three prescriptions sent electronically at noon and at 6:30 pm they still had one missing. When I asked how they could have two ready and the other left incomplete, I was informed, and I quote, "it depends". Depends on what? When I called at noon to confirm they had the prescriptions, I asked if they had the products in stock and was told they had the medicines but were "backed up because we just got back from lunch". Six hours later, they managed to fill two of the three. This is not acceptable; Kroger needs to get a grip and send some administrative support to clean up this mess. I for one, will move on. I deal with honest people who conduct themselves with integrity. Kroger has none in their pharmacy at the moment. What a shame. read more

This Kroger went from the absolute best in the area at one time to the worst grocery store anywhere, by far. Every time I think I will try the click list again because it failed me the time before, I am again left sorely disappointed due to lost orders. When I previously did luck out and get an order fulfilled they were out of 50% of the items. Yet again, another hour later and another lost order. Adios! Store is disgusting and disorderly. Parking lot is akin to Wal-Mart. All the help stands around and chats rather than check you out. I WAS IN THIS STORE SATURDAY 1-6-2024 (going forward I will continue to add feedback for a year and will end on February 6 2025 and if the services is still the same I will find a different Kroger's store like I explained before I love Kroger's and Bakers and HyVee is the best of all in Omaha, NE) AND EVERY LINE WAS OPEN. WAS GOING TO PURCHASED A TURKEY BREAST WHICH WAS COOKED PRETTY AWESOME, BUT THE BEST WAS VERY THIN. SO, I PURCHSED A SMALL carrot cake as usual just like the chocolate just like any brand that they will offer dry I don't know what they need to do put some water in the oven. Do something better than this people will pay your price if your cakes were moist and you didn't hide it, or conceal it with double frosting going forward instead of wasting my money in my time I will not buy another cake at Kroger's Walmart or Publix, which I haven't been in Publix for years. Maybe I need to do a revisit there too but one thing that really did impress me with Kroger Saturday at about 530. Every line in Kroger's was open wonderful young people ringing up food PLEASANT ALL OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE WERE WORKING WELL AND BEYOND. I DO LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO SEE HOW WELL THEY WILL BE DOING IN THE FUTURE OF THIS YEAR AT THIS KROGER'S. The atmosphere was incredible, people were nice and pleasant because they did not have to ring or bag their groceries although there was an altercation between an argument between one of the people that was there working and two of the people who were trying to get out the store by reading up their food on the self service. The only item that was decent in bakery was the cherry pastry (pinwheels), and they no longer carry them. I have taken items back three times in the past month and a half, as they are stale in the freshness period. Also, I have been back for overcharges on receipt 5 times. On many days there is only one checkout lane open, and no one in the winding store line knows where to go for self checkout. I spoke directly to a cashier walking around, and was ignored. Not friendly, especially to older citizens. Will go back to Grayson store. Not much better, but can't get much worse. Kroger just doesn't care. read more

New to the neighborhood and visited this Kroger for the first time today. Wasn't impressed with the selection at the Rosebud store, so figured I'd drive out of my way to visit this one. The selection is great. Managed to get everything I wanted and most of the produce I looked at was fresh (just a few exceptions). Unfortunately, the staff is awful. There were 3-4 times that I'd be picking something up or putting something in a bag, and an employee would walk up and push their stock cart within inches of me, like I wasn't even standing there. Two employees were jointly pushing around one of the mini carts with literally one can of some non-perishable in it. They jointly almost ran into me and instead of saying "excuse me" or letting me go ahead, they just gave me a dirty look and kept walking. How many Kroger employees does it take to push around a mini-cart of Manwich? The answer is apparently 2. The cashier took her time acknowledging me as I put my groceries on the conveyor belt. I had 5 12-packs of Diet Coke and a giant bag of dog food. Rather than just throwing all this heavy crap onto the belt for her to have to deal with, I waited to tell her that I had the other 4 12-packs. I stood there for a while waiting for her to turn around so that I could tell her. In hindsight, I should have just thrown all 5 plus the dog food up there. She was a blonde nightmare. The whole time she's checking me out, she's talking to the poor bag boy (he was great). After my card ran, she decided to take a break from talking about school being closed tomorrow to tell me my total, then right back to talking. Got outside and realized she didn't give me my receipt either. So although I hate the Rosebud Kroger, this one isn't much better due to the rude employees. If Kroger's intention was to really annoy their customers they have succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. On the other hand, if that was not their intention they have failed on an epic level. We have shopped at this store every week since it opened. Today was probably the last time we will visit the store. It was raining and so there were no carts in the store because no one wanted to bring them in. They have moved everything around again, made the aisles narrower and now have the stupid "click and go" cart loaders blocking the aisles trying to find something that they have no idea what it is while I can see what I want but cannot get to it. The vegetable shelves were only 50% stocked and there was no meat or cheese in the "grab and go area" and a 30 min wait for the deli counter. Just to put the icing on the cake, the exit vestibule was full of click and go carts making it difficult for someone to leave at the same time as someone coming in. WAY TO GO KROGER. I love this store. However, they must have a new person in charge of ordering supplies or they need to update their supply chain management system. For the last three weeks, their selections have been nonexistent. In addition, they have departments that only have one person trained to work in it so you have to come during his hours. I did spoke with the store manager and he assured me that they will train more individuals. It's a shame when you want to buy $20lb cheese and can't. I'll see if they actually do it. Update: I went back to this Kroger and there still wasn't anyone in the cheese shop. I called the corporate office and was informed that the store manager stated it's only open on the morning. PHARMACY IS ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED!!! The wait time is unreasonable. Kroger Corporate NEEDS TO HIRE MORE pharmacists & techs to keep up with this high volume pharmacy. I formally complained once before and received a letter "apologizing for the wait time" and it went on to say, "this location is a high volume pharmacy". Fix the problem by hiring the staff needed to run a high volume pharmacy smoothly. I love the grocery department of this store, but the pharmacy department has SO MANY problems. read more

There pharmacy sucks!! They are slow and do not get back with customers with urgent medications that are prescribed. I do not recommend filling your prescriptions at this pharmacy, you will be waiting for a couple of days. And when they do send a notification that it is ready, the medication may be lost in the chaos behind the counter there. Someone needs to come do inspection to make sure they are giving the correct medication read more

This location has always been good for us. My only issue I've had for this location was when i went to have a sandwich made. The toaster didn't work, so I couldn't have my sandwich toasted. The poor young girl behind the counter felt bad because she doesn't have the things she needs to do her job. She also told me that the pizza oven didn't work so she couldn't make pizzas for customers. Unacceptable to have broken equipment that employees need to do their jobs. read more

Went in to buy a cake last minute for my son's birthday. The bakery was closed but the deli was more than willing to assist. I was told Kroger stores were told to cut back on employee costs. No more Express lanes, force the customer to use self serve and bag themselves. Less lanes open, less baggers needed. Also they're discontinuing lots of name brands so the customer has to use their brand. At the Lilburn store an elderly lady asked if bananas were on recall. He replied no, they're on the next truck. She asked when and rudely he answered ,when it shows up, then saw me standing there listening. Disgruntled employees feeling the pinch. I went in to this location around 8:15 p.m. to pick up some lunch meat. I went to the deli and looked for the ham I wanted. When I found it, I looked up to the two employees behind the counter. One employee, an older gray haired woman, glared at me, then said something to the other employee and went in the back. When she returned she glared at me again and started working with a plastic bag. I spoke up and said "Excuse me, I would like to get some ham." She turned around without saying a word, she just pointed. I asked her what she was pointing at and she just shook her finger, pointing more emphatically. I said "I'm sorry, but I don't see what you are pointing at." She snapped "THERE'S A SIGN!!" I looked at saw one word scrawled on a piece of butcher paper "Closed." The sign was off to the side of where I was so I did not see it until she brought it to my attention. I used to work in a Kroger Deli when I was in school, and I never would have responded to a customer in this way. It doesn't take any longer to say "I'm sorry sir, we are closed" than it does to sneer "There's a sign!" I am embarrassed for this Kroger and the current level of customer service. I've never received this kind of treatment at Ingles or Publix. I was only in this Kroger because my wife recently purchased some very good ham and I decided to get some more. Kroger sure didn't give me a reason to become a repeat customer. I moved my prescriptions from the pharmacy a long time ago, it won't inconvenience me at all to go elsewhere for my other grocery needs. The store is very clean. Everytime I'm there it's extremely busy. Items are pretty easy to find. The lines are normally a little long. The biggest problem I have is the baggers truly don't know how to separate groceries. I have left there with powerade and bread in the same bag. Also raw meat with fresh fruit.
