When I got home, the bottle of port fell right through the flimsy plastic bag they provided. It was not wrapped in paper or double-bagged. This is actually the second time this has happened to me; a month ago, a glass bottle of juice fell through one of their bags in the pouring rain, and I was so soaked cleaning it up in the parking lot that I didn't even bother going back inside. I brought the broken port bottle back the next day. While the manager did replace it, she repeatedly kept telling me how I could purchase bags from them. I explained to her multiple times that I already have my own bags and was simply in a different car, but she just kept repeating, "We have bags that you could purchase." She continued to gaslight me instead of just admitting they were wrong and that their staff should have packaged a heavy glass bottle properly so it wouldn't fall through. Very disappointing customer service.
